We use Broward to keep our appliance and heating/air system in operation. We rent the condo from time to time and it's very helpful to have them on call for repairs. They are good at scheduling appointments and the technician has been prompt. They are also good at recommending when it's cheaper to replace than repair. We've used them for 14 years.

I have been a customer of Broward for many, many years, covering several major appliances. I have always found them to be friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and reliable. They always respond as quickly as possible to my service calls, and I have always been extremely satisfied with their repairs. I will continue to be one of their customers without hesitation.

I have had my service contracts in Broward county - with Broward Factory Service since 2010... 2 polices - 2 units- Office personnel is amazing - Michelle W. is the best- She is a big reason I have kept my contracts after all these years! All of the techs who have come to my apartments to do repairs have been very pleasant, kind and very knowledgeable. Always see the same guys! (which is a good thing) They get the job done and done quickly ...I ask for a 30 minute call before - so I'm not sitting around waiting or missing work! They always show up when they say they are going to be there... 5 stars!

I had to wait for a few days to schedule an AC maintenance, the office messed up the schedule, didn’t calle me to tell me they were late. But then David came along. After thinking of this company as a three star service company, I now give them 5 stars. Their employee David Molina came on 4/10/2025 to service my AC, did a great job, instead of 10 to 15 minutes, he spent a few more minutes but was thorough, friendly and personable. I asked for details and he gave me his last name and said that he is from the Dania office-SR 84. I have a yearly contract with Broward Factory and this is the first time that I felt I got my money's worth. He is a keeper. In six months when I am due for service again, I will ask for him.

They are awesome. I missed the technician whose name is David when he came this morning, but I called the office and explained and he came back only about an hour later. Very personable nice young man. He checked out my AC and thankfully it was an easy fix, clogged line. He flushed it out and now it’s working fantastic. I have no qualms about recommending them to people. Very satisfying with service. Thank you David and Broward Factory Service.
