Very dependable and trustworthy. Arrive when they say they will arrive. Instead of charging me for a new air conditioner when mine broke, they took the time to check if mine was still under warranty, which it was. Just charged for the labor, which saved us several hundred dollars!

We have been working with Advantage Air for quite a few years and their service is still as good as day one, the staff is amazing, professional diligent, respectful. You get a full service by all staff, being greeted and assisted by Rossana every step , Liaising with Javin the supervisor, coordinating service pick ups and drops with Hector and the other driver that i forget his name , they are all amazing. If you want good to build a strong business relation, get great prices and outstanding customer service this is the place to work with.

Our experience with Solar-Air was good. After purchasing our new home, we hired them to inspect our A/C system and air ducts, conduct maintenance on the air handler and replace all vents in the house with new ones. Beth and her team were helpful in providing service options for maintenance after inspection of the unit, as well as providing recommendations for vent type per room and communicating clearly regarding quotes and scheduled appointments.

Ray and Mark did an excellent job installing the new ac unit, very professional. Also Jose was very nice and professional he explained to me all the process, very nice people, very glad that I hired them.

Solar air and tom the owner were the contractor on a new construction home in rio vista. They located thermostats in the wrong rooms and set up a duel zone system backwards. Tom the owner was only available when he wanted to up sell me and I have spent over a month trying to get him to even come look at the problems. I have had to hire my regular Ac guy to repair toms screw ups. He has never responded to my repeated phone calls. Please take this review in consideration before hiring your Ac contractor.

Do not recommend. Hired to install tarp and used two pieces of tarp , didn’t overlap properly and water intrusion continued. Did not correct problem, was told that was temporary when it was just installed. Total waste of money and time

Beware of this company. They charged me $670.00 for fixing my first floor a/c which has an error. Next day the a/c stopped working and it had the same error. They send the tech and he couldn’t fix it. To my surprise I received another invoice for $540 and on the invoice it says tech checked the 2nd floor a/c which he never touched. It was the same first floor a/c which was not working. I would be more than happy if i can save one customer from going to this company and wasting their money.

Wish I could give them a zero. If you have an older AC unit steer clear of this scamming company. Matter of fact if you have any type of work needed, call someone else. A Tech came out and said he wasn't knowledgeable on the AC unit I had since it was almost 10 years old...too complicated of a system, he said. However, for $1300 they would fix a blower motor that a diagnostic test said I needed. The tech left to go to the van, and without saying another word, never came back. Not knowing any better, I call in the deposit for 50% of the job after finding out he got called out for an Emergency job. Later that evening/early morning the AC started working again! It's been over a month and I finally received my deposit, less $90. I'm furious they have the nerve to charge any amount when they sent a tech who wasn't skilled to properly conduct an AC diagnostic. Calling Credit Card company in the morning to dispute the charge and getting the BBB involved too. I'm tired of businesses ripping consumers off and getting away with it.
