I was having ongoing AC trouble and my previous company (who had just did a maintenance visit the week prior and said everything was fine) gave me two proposals with a bunch of unnecessary extras I didn’t need. I had Cejas Cooling come out for a second opinion. While the diagnosis was the same, Alex from Cejas Cooling had much better solutions at very reasonable costs. You can tell he genuinely cared about my accomplishing my home’s needs. He had great communication leading up to the repair and was able to get everything fixed up by the next day. I’m so impressed!

*Bonus: my dog usually does not like delivery or service workers and normally barks the whole time. My dog must have sensed Alex’s good energy and was calm & relaxed almost the whole time!

Ocean Breeze Mechanical is more than an A/C contractor. They care about you and your best interests. Their team designed my HVAC system on my custom home in Miami and they did such an amazing job. I have never seen or felt a home like this and it’s thanks to their time and knowledge in mechanical engineering and design.

Waiting on service for 6 weeks they keep sending techs then the sa.e story that they will return tomorrow 6 weeks later still waiting.worst if all they charge top dollar but do not provide premium service.

The technician came in and fixed the problem. The tenant tells me he was there not longer than one hour. Did not replace any parts. I WAS CHARGED $330 FOR TWO HOURS . Unacceptable.

Used HY for a recent service. The tech was knowledgeable, communicative and I could be happier with the job they did. He also didn't try to over sell me. Two thumbs up!!

Terrible service at Commodore Plaza. Hurricane knocked out AC for the building and Hill York has been completely unhelpful. No communication, short days, and no regard for the people living in the heat. Would not recommend

I knew it would be expensive but this is daylight robbery: $190.00 for the first hour and then $140.00 per hour after that!!!! This is the last time I will ever deal with Hill York again! And this is after we had to re-schedule as they couldn't stick to the original schedule... Brian Callahan did an awesome job, though, and got my a/c going in a jiffy.

Based on my experience with Hill York during a period of 15 years, I can only say that their service is excellent. Mr. Brendan Morrin is an asset for this company. My trust in his integrity and professionalism is an essential element in my five stars review.
