I love to fix things and when it comes down to my HVAC experience Johnston is my #1 place for all my HVAC part needs. Best price(unless you are buying online) good customer service with professionals that know their stuff and they even have free snacks at time just in case you forget breakfast LOL. Thank you Johnston Supply.

Excellent resource for any HVAC contractor. Great customer service from Carlos the manager, Ramon the sales rep, Mike and Bill at the counter, even the warehouse guys are super helpful.

Michael Weber actually picked up his phone during after hour and actually saved me from a pinch. No other Johnstone or United refrigeration supply store picked up. Michael Weber was on vacation but still came when he was needed.

I have been dealing with this company since I graduated in 2005, and I don't plan on going anywhere because the staff is awesome and very helpful

I would not recommend this store. Poor customer service, bad attitudes. My over all experience was very poor. I felt like it was a hassle for them to help me. purchased over $900 of AC supplies. I asked at the time of purchase if there was any restocking fee and the salesman said no. So I bought extra couplings. When I returned the extras they said there was a 20% restocking fee and we're quite rude. The manager Karlos said they were doing me a big favour letting me return the items. Would not recommend.

Mike (at the Johnstone Supply Hollywood location) is an AMAZING customer service representative. He answered the phone with such a happy attitude, and helped me find what I was looking for with the same positive attitude. I left not only a satisfied customer, but a happier one because of Mike!

Always have what I need!!

Used to be the only place I'd go because they were so fast I'd be out the door with my order double checked within 5 minutes flat. Now whether it be new management or employees, multiple times have experienced wait times of over 45 minutes or more. These jobs depend on us to be timely and we are unable to do so in large part due to these changes.

9/25/2023...... TERRIBLE SMELL in the store, smells like dirty sock syndrome! VISABLE DIRT around the supply registers is the indication of duct leakage, and that leads to growth. You guys are an AC supply house that sells IAQ products YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

I visited this store to buy an AC part, and the customer service was very disappointing. The employee was rude and told me not to come back again. This is not how customers should be treated. I will not be returning.

The ideal supply to stop and buy some HVAC equipment or supplies. The staff always serves you kindly and proactively. Mr. Michael is always very attentive and kind when serving you. We always come back here.

Personnel was very polite and accommodating. They had everything I needed, plus a nice selection of items in stock.
