These guys are fantastic! I got a couple of quotes from contractors here in the Fort Myers are for a replacement AC at my winter home and I wasn't satisfied with the pricing. In fact, BEST Home Services here in Fort Myers gave me a quote for $10,500 for a mid range AC system! I have some experience in AC and knew that these guys were scamming me, big time. So I looked around for some other local contractors, and they all came in at about $6,000 installed for a Rheem or Trane 16 SEER system. Online, I found Nationwide HVAC, at a quote for $4500 for a Rheem 16 SEER 4 ton system, INSTALLED.
SOLD!!! I called them up, they came the next day, and a great 3 man crew with top notch installer Bill at the helm from Cape Coral, took 5 hours and did an outstanding install job, on the condensing unit and air handler, top to bottom. The were very professional in their work with my new Rheem system. I could not be happier as I had nothing but problems with my 10 year old Lennox, and it was a money pit. The guys were professional and knowledgeable, the system is great, and the price could not be beat (well, it could have been a few hundred dollars less and I would have been happier, but I know these guys have to make a buck) but they were priced better than anyone in the area. Luke at Nationwide in Miami, explained everything in detail when I called to order and they did what they promised. A far cry from what you get from most AC places! I would highly recommend Nationwide AC for all the reasons I just stated. Professional, on time, and very well priced!

I feel very lucky to find nationwide HVAC. My rental property in Lake Charleston has a 14-year-old AC. It is not efficient in cooling. I was shopping for the best deal, hoping I can find a decent one in this hot summer. Luk from Nationwide is very professional, responsive and helpful. He replied emails in seconds and was very patient with all of my questions. AC people arrived on time and spent 4 and 1/2 hrs to install the new AC. They offer a 2-year labor, which I have not seen in anywhere else and they will beat any written estimate by 5%. So shop around and do your homework. I am confident you will finally choose nationwide just like what I did.

One more thing, do not forget to register your own AC for 10-year warranty. In order to keep price low, we have to do it. It is just like how we shop in Aldi. We push the carts back and we share the saving. In the invoice, there is a link to register. DON'T FORGET!!!

If you have to replace your air conditioner stay far away from this company. They are most likely going out of business because they never return calls.I purchased a brand new 5 ton Trane XR 8 months ago and in the past 3 weeks it was blowing hot air.I tried calling Nationwide HVAC but got no human to answer the phone so I left several messages with no one calling me back. I got in touch with the installer and that person told me straight up that they did NOT pay him for the installation Nd he too is trying to reach them.

For start to finish, Nationwide HVAC provided great service. From the sales process to the installation, they were all very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new a/c unit!

I NEVER take the time to write a review since good service is always expected. However, Nationwide HVAC has a customer oriented service team focused on quality and friendly service. We shopped around A LOT! From Costco, Home Depot, Lowes and others but nobody matched the service or price from Nationwide. Do your homework, then check out Nationwide. You won't go wrong. Highly recommended.

Total bait and switch. Which is the exact same complaint I found on the BBB website along with several other complaints. I specifically ordered a GSX16 Sreries 5 ton unit with variable speed motor. I new exactly what I wanted when I called. After they installed the unit it ran all night and never cooled the house below 73. I then checked the model numbers on the unit they installed just to find out it is a 3 ton unit. I called the very next day and explained what happened. I was told they would look into it and call me back within a hour. No call back. Same exact thing happened on Monday 3 days later. No call back again. Called again on Tuesday and asked to speak to a manager. I was only allowed to speak to my sales rep who is now claiming the unit that was installed was the correct one. I refreshed her memory of our original conversation, and pointed out that even if She thinks I chose a 3 ton unit (which I did not) I was charged for a 5 ton unit. She quickly became irritated and told me a manger would call me back when he has time. I called back again to ask for a copy of the contract stating it was a 3 ton unit. She said no problem and then sent me to voicemail. I have now had to dispute the charges and start looking for a reputable company. After looking up Nationwide up on Sunbiz I found out they have only been around for 2 years. They are either a scam company that will dis appear once they have screwed enough people, or completely incompetent. I don't expect them to be around long enough to honer any warranties. Assuming they would honer them anyway.
I noticed on every single negative review given Nationwide gives the exact same BS response. THEY CLAIM THAT THE PERSON LEAVING THE REVIEW IS NOT A CURRENT OR PREVIOUS CUSTOMER OF THEIRS. Once again total BS. I assure you I am a customer. I have a invoice and cc receipts to prove it.

Xavier from Reliant Air did an outstanding job on our system. He was very professional and meticulous on the install. Needless to say we would highly recommend Nationwide an it's installers in the future.

Thanks again for a job well done.

This company is a joke and I’m talking from my own experience as an employee they subcontract me to install 4 HVAC Systems and that was 5 months ago and they didn’t pay me yet. I have sent them a bunch of emails and they not even respond to me. So if u are planning in do business with this people think it about it there is a lot of good companies out there offering financial aid. So please don’t let this person take your money away and when they get ur system installed u will never hear back from them. They are a JOKE AND WILL STOLE YOUR MONEY

I ordered a new AC back in April. The unit doesn’t cool consistently. I have had multiple attempts to get the unit working as it should and either techs don’t show or you leave a message and no one responds. I was also promised a WIFi thermostat that has still not arrived! Buyer beware they are fantastic when it’s being sold but they offer no help afterwards! I wish I could give them no stars!

Update: the company has scheduled several service calls and not shown for any of them. I still do not have any of the items promised to me.

I don’t usually complete surveys, but I felt in this case it was well deserved. After receiving serval quotes for a new HVAC system that were absolutely absurd, a friend of mine recommended Luke and his team at international HVAC. I am so glad I called them. I reached out to Luke on Tuesday, I was approved for financing by Wednesday and the unit was installed Thursday. The install guys Bill and Tyler were amazing. Very professional, clean and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company and will be sending many referrals their way. Thanks guys for everything. You were an absolute pleasure to do business with.

    Sincerely,
    Christian Sandberg

I spent almost 4 thousand dollars on a new unit and stopped working within 3 months and since the pandemic, I’ve been trying to call this company about my brand new AC they’re installed and broke down within three months ,nobody answer the calls. No one’s calling me back and I end up spent another $1200 to get my AC fixed. 2 years later still can get a hold on somebody. That’s unacceptable, I pulled out the contract and call one of the workers and he mention he no longer work for this company. This is insane and the website still on like they still in business.

Dealing with rental property can be tough when you are 200 miles away. This Company provided five Star service. It provided the best price and warranty without any haggling. Provided next day install and no money needed till job was done. Will definitely be placed in my contact list for future service. Wish they had an office in Sarasota.

My Mother’s home 17 year old A/C finally gave up, the time had come to get a whole new Unit.
Since my Mother has dementia, I had to do all the looking around, decide what kind of Brand and hire the right Company. Her home is in Central Florida and it seems prices are very high compared to south Florida.
I got 5 quotes for installing different Brands like Goodman, Trane and Rheem. It was a bit stressful since it was a big expense.
The quote from Nationwide was very tenting since it was for a Trane unit and the price was in the middle, the other company that quoted a Trane was much higher, but it is a local, reliable company. Since it was my Mother’s money and probably will not stay in her house for more than 2 years, I should have decided for the lowest quote, but for a little more I could get a Trane Brand, so I decided for Nationwide even though all the communication was by email and the phone and I felt insecure dealing this way.
I had read lots of reviews, mostly of pleased customers who gave them 5 stars, but once in a while you stop at an angry customer’s review and your head spins around thinking the worse case scenario.
With time I realized they are very profesional and reliable. They installed everything they promised, when they said they would, They answered my questions every time I called and provided all the information I needed and the resources to apply for the warranty. It was very easy.
Sometimes I called in the evening or really early like at 7 am, and always was able to speak with a human being. They know their business, I think they are a good Company.
The installer was very courteous and hard working, first he came by himself but later he got help. They left everything clean and after they had run all the testing and the system working as it should.
I payed after the job was finished.
It’s been only a week since the unit has been installed, it’s working great and it looks beautiful.

My advise to avoid the problems that the very few angry customers had, so that you are one of the happy ones, is to shop around, decide well what works for you, don’t rush even though it's summer and it’s hot, and ask for any extra’s (hurricane pad, etc) to be written in your contract, read it well before you sign it.

I am very happy with my decision of going with Nationwide.

I purchased air condition they installed less than a year ago and unit not working properly. For two days I left messages letting them know I needed unit to be repaired. Not a single return call. We thought it was great we saving using nationwide but you get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable local HVAC co. And do not use these guys!!!

Great company.. They stand behind the products they install for 2 years.. Ive had issues with my AC before and they try and nickel and dime you after a year but these folks took care of my compressor issue without hassle and honored the 2 year warranty even on labor. I would definitely buy from them again.

My first call was later in the day on a Sunday, Luke picked up my call. He made the process so easy and so quick that I couldn't believe it was happening. Installation of a new AC/Heater and duct system happened the next day, same day. Luke is an asset to this team, I talked to four other companies before selecting HVAC nationwide and the other reps were just sales people who didn't listen to anything other than price range. Highly recommend this company, if you call ask for Luke. You guys earned my business and after delivery, my loyalty.

After much research I decided to go with Nationwide HVAC for a Trane 4 ton system. The price was extremely fair and installation was scheduled at my convenience. The installer Bill R. was on time and installation took approximately 5 hours. Bill and his son were very professional and personable throughout the installation. There were no surprises and no attempt to upsell during their time at my house. I highly recommend my salesman "Luke" and the installation crew of "Bill R. and Son" if you live in S.W. Florida.

Nationwide and their team of professionals have been there during our new home build and have been very accommodating and helpful during construction. Not only were they understanding to the issues we ran into, but they also helped us find a solution at a cost that fit our budget. Lazzaro (HVAC technician) was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had the whole house running and hooked up in no time. Excellent service that I would recommend to anyone who is in need of any HVAC service.
