I called them with an emergency since my regular AC company was not available and they came over in just a few short hours, diagnosed the issue and got it working promptly and for a very reasonable price. We arrived in Florida to find no air conditioning in our new home. The heat was unbearable BUT it was my absolute good fortune to have been referred to Roger at Servtech. I actually spoke to him on Mother's day, he was so courteous and concerned. He came to my very hot home the next day. Roger and his assistant were professional, knowledgeable, respectful and most importantly to me, diagnosed my problem and was able to get me cool again. He gave me cost options and a payment plan. I would reccomend him to anyone who wants safe and reliable service. Thank you again Roger you are the best.

Called on a Saturday when A/C stopped working. Phone service was great. Able to come that afternoon. Was told it would be $180 service call fee (double usual fee since it was Saturday?), but that would include fixing the issue if it was a minor repair. Roger showed up. Was very good at explaining what he was doing and what the problem was and what repair required (fuse needed to be replaced). After he fixed the problem in 45 min visit said "Give me $250 to cover everything". Not sure why replacing a fuse taking 45 mins isn't a minor repair?
No details on bill just once charge "$250 repair". Oh and there is a hefty 3.5% charge for paying with any credit card.

All in all I would say service was good and problem was repaired, but perhaps clearer communication on fee structure required.

Had a compressor fail and Roger and Duane were extremely prompt and professional. I was up and getting cool a few hours later (at a VERY fair price!). Would call them again! Update. Needed service again and they were prompt and professional and identified the electric issues and got me cooling!

Called Serv Tech because they are close to my house and have good reviews. Wait time was short and was greeted by a pleasant gentleman. Scheduling was quick and they were able to squeeze me in the next day. I was able to text photos so they know which AC unit they are dealing with beforehand. Service man was professional and knowledgeable, as he was able to fix our problem. Our blow speed was way too high and our landlord had told us previously that it was already set to the lowest speed, which was not true. Now our AC is operating at a more comfortable speed. Thank you Serv Tech! Price was very reasonable.

Roger and Alfred was absolutely amazing. Roger, was extremely detailed with explaining the process of a new air conditioning install. Roger arrived at 10 am and we closed the deal by 12pm and he and AL installed the unit before 8pm. That is such amazing customer service. You pay for great customer service and the quality of care of their clients.

Within 2 days my A/C problems was resolved. They move very fast when it comes to business and never disappoints. A/C coils cleaned. They take photos so you can see the before and after and the process of cleaning. Very affordable too. Roger and Alfred are an amazing team.😊😊

AC stopped blowing cold and it was getting hot inside fast. Called for HVAC service and someone came out the next day. Found out it was a clogged filter and low freon. Got it all fixed up in under an hour. The tech was nice and didn’t talk down to me which I liked. Price wasn’t too bad either. Only thing is they gave a 4-hour window which is kinda annoying, but they did show up. House cooled down quick after they left. I’ll probly get on a service plan next time so this don’t happen again. Worth it.

He changed locations so I couldn’t post this. His work is horrible and he charges too much. He left a copper elbow in my disposal unit and it ruined it. I told him and didn’t hear back.

Serv Tech was by far the most reasonable for my new split AC unit that I needed urgently. I received other estimates and it was nearly double in price.

Roger took my call right away and arrived that same day for an estimate. He provided me with three very fair and reasonably priced options. The technician arrived during the scheduled time window and was very professional and polite. He communicated all issues and the scope of work very well.
