It was not easy to get an appointment for emergency service during the busy summer months. We needed to have the service done before 95 degrees returned for health reasons. Staff finally understood and tried their best. Omar was a technician that came to our home at 9pm. We were extremely pleased with his services. He was personable and efficient.

Tripp and Tony were exceptional in every way. They arrived on time and worked steadily and efficiently. They were careful with moving my furniture and even protected my floor with tarps. They were friendly and answered any questions I had. I was impressed with their work ethic and the concern they showed in doing a quality job. After my new AC unit was installed, they did a great job with putting everything back in it's place and vacuumed my floor. They took time to explain the new system to me. Elgre Paine diagnosed the problem quickly, and recommended the solution. Although it was late, he still fixed the water issue and recommended installing an upstairs HVAC unit to permanently fix the problems. Since I wanted the new HVAC installed as soon as possible, he set up a meeting to be held tomorrow. He was courteous and efficient. Excellent service! Seth came the next day to check out the work and confirm the price. He also updated me on the safety of my house and the cost to install 2 HVAC units. He took the time to make sure I understood what was being done and gave me an excellent price. Kai is installing today so the guys are working fast for me. It is much appreciated! Benjamin Mercado was able to diagnose the issue I was having with my upstairs unit on 6-22-25. He was on time and very friendly. He was able to diagnose the issue, and gave me the peace of mind that the system would be shut off if the water level rose too high. This will prevent any water damage. Benjamin explained to me what steps I needed to take with Plumbers so that this could be fixed. You have the best employees. :-)

Austin K was out to diagnose my AC today (26th June) and he did an excellent job. He was very professional and efficient. I've been dealing with Mike, from Premier Cooling, since September, 2018. He is always on time, very honest with reasonable rates, and definitely stands behind his work and products used. I began using his Company for Air Duct Cleaning, and each vent is cleaned separately at a reasonable cost. I also had a UV Light Air Purifier installed to kill organic growths, such as mold or bacteria, and it is definitely working. He also offers extremely reasonable rates for AC Maintenance done twice a year, and all my condo neighbors are lining up to schedule their AC Duct Cleaning. I highly recommend contacting Premier Cooling LLC for AC Services, you definitely will be glad you did! :)

I made an appointment to clean docks of 2 AC unit. A technican called Jose came to my house, opened my AC units and created a leak in my AC unit downstairs.He tried to sell me additional services and a brand new system after the leak he created. He refused to cleaned the docks and left and mentioned a new system would cost me $7,000 of more. Be careful with this company and with Jose.
I called the company to just cleaned my docks for $360 and now I have to fix an leak I didn’t have that will cost me several thousands.

AC stopped running on a sultry August afternoon. Michael showed up within 45 minutes and had the system back in operation before the house had a chance to warm up. Fortunately it was just a clogged drain. This is my second time using Premier. On the previous occasion Michael sent a driver on a long trip to find a condenser part to get the system back up that day. I also appreciate that he explains what he’s doing and why. I wouldn’t call anyone else.
