Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. I called Premier for a minor problem, also knowing I had not had my AC serviced for years. Recommendations were explained thoroughly. As I asked questions, some other recommendations came up, which I decided whether or not to have done, depending on the incremental costs. I was happy with all the options presented, knowing I made the right decisions for me and my budget. I would highly recommend this company.

We were in need of a special fix. This 18K BTU was in the wall but had duct work throughout the apt. Very strange but it's a condo & they will not allow us to switch to mini split or anything else. Mike at Premier Cooling was the 3rd company we sent out to get this resolved. Jose the tech was on time & easy to work with. Solved the problem. We will now use them for additional work. Highly recommend & prices were reasonalbe!!

Had a guest staying in the house and my thermostat had no power. Since I was not in the same city I was in a panic. Called at 5pm on a Friday and asked for help, despite the day being over Mike heard my pleads and took mercy on me and went himself to fix it for my guests. Super nice and super professional. I wish more service companies were like these guys.

Mike and his team are terrific. They installed a new ac unit in my home which was a huge job and they were quick and efficient. They were able to offer me the opportunity to do the job the same day as the estimate was given and completed the central air unit replacement without a problem. 5 star all the way. Be careful with this company. My A/C was blowing hot air, but it did not compare to the hot air Jose the technician was blowing when he came to look at the unit. He falsely claimed my unit was 10 years old and came up with a list of repairs/maintenance needed. He tried to charge me $675 for installing a part that cost about $20 on the internet. In total I would have been looking at over $1100+ with this company. After not telling me the actual cost of the part he installed, I had him remove it and told him I wanted a second opinion. I called the Air Condition Army and they were professional, honest and fast. My A/C is running like new and I spent a fraction of what Jose was trying to scam me out of. Please do your research and make sure you're not being swindled. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The technician Jose was very knowledgeable and explained the problem clearly. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and was very honest about the repair costs. Also was very friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything before he left

The company used to be amazing 5 years ago, but now they are ripping me off every time they come. Every time it is 800 dollars or 600 dollars, which is ridiculous.

Super impressed with this company. The dryer vent at my rental property was in desperate need of a cleaning. I reached out to the company via SMS & Mike responded within minutes. I was able to schedule a technician on my requested day. The day of the service, Jose called to confirm he was on his way and would arrive within the scheduled timeframe. He got the work done quickly and my tenants were happy. For the overall service and what was being done, price was fair. I would definitely work with them again.
