I can’t say enough good things about this South Florida appliance store and their amazing team. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help. They always know exactly what I need — even when I’m not quite sure how to explain it! The customer service here is top-notch: professional, patient, and genuinely kind.

It’s rare to find a store where the people truly care and make every visit easy and pleasant. Whether I’m picking up a part or just need a quick answer, they never disappoint. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for reliable HVAC products and an even more reliable team behind them.

After dealing with a few AC companies over the years, I've have found that Aloha's service and response to their customers needs are second to none, from the people answering phones to the tech's doing their job in out in field, with every interaction they treat you with a level of respect and kindness which is greatly appreciated.

The AC fan was not blowing anything. The temperature was climbing to 78.
Jerry at Aloha AC explained to me on the phone what steps I needed to take to get the AC fan to resume blowing.
He gave us excellent customer service!
He saved us a service call charge!

Really a great company. Come as soon as you need them and in Florida- you do- just wish the newer a/c units lasted as long as the older models, but their repair is great

I just had Danny from Aloha Air out to help with our office air conditioning. He took the time to listen to me. He was polite, friendly and thankful for our business. He knew what he was doing and handled the job efficiently. Well done Aloha Air Conditioning.

My Carrier AC unit was installed in 2015. I change my filters regularly, & clean my coils with a waterhose, but my AC unit started unexpectedly turning off. I called Aloha AC last Saturday, & Jerry responded immediately. He told me to use a wet vacuum to suction out my AC's pvc drainage line, and it worked 😊.
My 2 big dogs & I are grateful for Jerry's advice on a hot summer Saturday.

The service technician was prompt finished the job has everything working properly and left nothing for us to clean up. I had a new filter sitting beside the unit he saw it and installed it.

We called Aloha Air Conditioning in Ft. Lauderdale on Tuesday morning from our home in Sacramento told them about the problem we were having with our A/C system at our condo in Ft. Lauderdale. They set up an appointment for Thursday morning at 8:30 and had a new fan motor installed to the system and we were told by our neighbor who met them for the repair, it was done and by 10:00am the condo was cooling back down. They were very professional from the initial call to their office employee all the way thru of the repair. I was really pleased with their service and response. Thank you

Honestly, it's scary to hire this company. This man shows a rather violent attitude.

Bought an AC from this company a little over a year ago. It has issues ALL the time. So I figure if the company's product is faulty, they'd understand and take care of it for free. NOPE! Called this morning for service but they didn't tell me the price. Service guy arrives and of course, I ask the price before he gets to work. $180 just to diagnose the problem. $180!!! I was in shock. He said it's just because it's the weekend and it's just $95 during the week. He could've given me the $95 price and called it even for the deception but nope, now my AC still doesn't work and I wasted time arranging the service. Last time I go through Aloha Air.

I do not recommend this company. I over paid for a unit (4,500 for 3 ton Rheem) then it was installed very poorly, (it's in my Attic, and when ppl see how it was so badly they don't even want to help me!) They sent 2 drug addicts to do the install who used my bathroom to get high and take a shower! Then 2 years later the coil went bad, and even tho it was under warranty, they wanted 750$to replace it. Now the compressor went bad, which is under warranty, and they want $850 to do that job. I'm so disgusted with this company. Go anywhere else.
I'm going to have to get a whole new unit shin I'm afraid and this one is less than 4 years old. Horrible!

Always on time, great service. Explains throughly if any issues are found. After trying several other AC companies I will continue to use and trust Aloha.

I called asking for a Saturday appt. and was advised of the approximate tech arrival. Danny Francis arrived within the quoted time, quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair. Danny was pleasant, helpful in answering questions and completed the job quickly. His overall handling of the problem reflects the superlative philosophy of Aloha in customer service satisfaction.

Aloha Air did a very quick response analysis and recommendations, then installed new AC system just a few days later. Install team was very thorough and my new system works great. I recommend their service.

Rodney and Daniel did an outstanding job putting in our new ac unit. They were meticulous and left all areas spotless. Aloha has never disappointed me in their customer service and pricing.

These guys are the best. Been using them for over 15 years. Honest and reliable. Many employees have been there over 20 yrs! Shout out to my favorite tech Derrick who always gives me great advice!

I cannot recommend them more highly!! Alberto came out in under two hours and fixed my AC in under thirty minutes. Alberto was extremely knowledgeable and showed me exactly what was wrong with the AC unit. It was a tough job to climb onto the roof of my home but Alberto got the job done. They are (Alberto especially) the best in town!!!
