Avi was the best. Took 2 weeks to get my warranty coil, but that was Goodman’s fault. If you’re buying a new unit make sure to ask questions about warranty. Based on what I’ve read online, coils are a problem for every manufacturer. You don’t want a 10 year warranty that’s going to have you without AC until the back ordered parts come in.

Anyhow, Avi was understanding and affordable. He went out of his way to get my AC back on when the part arrived. Thank you, I will be calling you anytime I need AC service!
