Every step of the way Aloha was above and beyond everyone else. From Jerry who came out to give the estimate to the office with Jared and the installers. We had several other companies come out and Aloha stood out because Jerry is knowledgeable and made sure I understood what he was saying. I am extremely satisfied and happy with the work from beginning to end. I will definitely recommend Aloha and plan to use them as our service provider.

Can't say enough bad things about aloha air. They sold me a lemon unit in 2020nandnrefuse to stand behind it. Their tech is a liar who blamed two years of bad performance on the filter. Run don't walk away from these dirt bags. If you want your house in the 80s every afternoon buy from them.

Riley came out at the time they scheduled, did a comprehensive assessment, recommended a cleaning. After cleaning the AC functioned like new and I was comfortable and happy. Would use again 100%

Aloha A/C just installed a new unit for us and the entire experience was wonderful. It was easy to communicate with them, they actually answer the phone. They came out the same day to check my a/c and arrived right on time to install it. They reviewed the 2 sizes of units and honestly told us the 3 1/2 ton was perfect for our space. (Another company was pushing us to get the 4 ton which was not necessary). The installers were very nice as well as anyone I spoke to. We are getting the maintenance plan with them. I highly recommend Aloha a/c.

When my air conditioning started freezing up, I called Aloha air conditioning. An appointment was made for the following day. Not only did they show up on time, I got two phone calls earlier telling me what time they would be here. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, diagnosing the system as needing a capacitor. Ir's now 2 weeks later and I've had no further issues with the system icing up and its remained ice cold. Bottom line is, I would not hesitate to recommend Aloha air conditioning to anybody who's having a problem. They didn't try to sell me a system like many others. They are very professional and knowledgeable. It's hard to find an honest company. This is one.

Absolutely the most PROFESSIONAL and informative techs that know their stuff. Friendly, courteous, even the office staff on the PHONE went out of their way to help me. Honest assessment, GREAT education on my entire A/C system for maintenance, and the repair work was spot-on.
