Called Aloha on Friday @4:00, because A/C wasn’t working. Derrick was here by 6:15. Diagnosed the problem almost immediately. Chris showed up at my house the next day, @ 11, since they had to get the part. Installation was clean and courteous! They kept me informed by text throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them!!

Great service!! Ryley came out and was quick and efficient! He even had a little time to answer my questions with no hesitation.

Riley is a consummate professional. He arrived on time. He walked me through step by step what he was doing to check the air conditioning system; he was careful and thorough. He answered my questions. He gave me valuable advice for what I could do as a homeowner to help maintain the health of the unit. His explanations were clear and it was clear he was an HVAC expert. My AC quit from a coolant leak during the hottest days on the planet. They worked their schedule to get someone to come in on their day off to help me out. Every person I dealt with was professional and extremely helpful. It was a miserably hot experience made better by everyone at Aloha really going above and beyond to get my AC working again. I am truly appreciative for their concern for my circumstances.

I'm sure Aloha can do good work judging from the comments I read, but in my case, it just didn't work out. I called Aloha on last Friday morning to get fan relay replaced, but mainly to find out why the AC was not blowing cold. A technician came our right away, replaced the relay, and said the air handler was dead. They charged me $295 which I guess is high but in the ball park, and said it would be credited if I replaced the air handler. I don't know what good a new relay is when the air handler is dead, but he put the relay in first. Oh, well.

Anyway, they texted me a price that afternoon which I was happy with and I asked for them to do the work. But then the trouble started. Although they gave me a price, it seems that only a guy named Tim can provide a formal proposal. Without the proposal, they will not install the air handler. Unfortunately, Tim took that Friday off. No one could help me until Tim returned. The staff tried to reach him over the weekend and the Monday holiday... They said they called the installer to call Tim... No luck on Monday. No luck on Tuesday either. Or Wednesday. After sweating for 5 days while working from home in 90 degrees, I decided to give up the $295 and called another company to install it, and the next day they did. I just had to laugh when I actually received a call from Tim later in the week, ready to get me a proposal. Hey Tim - enjoy the $295. I firmly believe everyone needs a vacation - but there should be someone around the corporation that can get a proposal out and signed, especially for just a 2-hour job. If just for good business practice.

So be warned, if you use this company, make sure Tim's in the office.

Highly recommend this company as they remain true to their word and stand by their work. We needed A/C repairs with our new home and Aloha honored their warranty even with the transfer of ownership. They not only completed all necessary repairs, they did so in a timely manner and with the utmost courtesy. You can't say that about too many companies these days, and it was a pleasant surprise to deal with Aloha Air!

The best! It's been about 20 years and this team has always been consistent on every level. Living in south Florida your a/c company needs to be the best; aloha helped maintain my a/c for years over average and kept me cool year-round. Highly recommend!

Soooo disappointed in this company. They installed a new air-conditioning unit both inside and outside for me about a month ago. About four days ago I have water pouring through my ceiling so I called him to repair it. They came the next day and they fixed the problem that caused the leak. When I asked the technician what caused the leak, he was not able to explain it to me, due to a language barrier. So I called the company again to send someone out who could look at it and explain to me what the repair was. For some reason they sent me a duct cleaning subcontractor who went in the attic and told me I needed my ductwork cleaned. So we got the salesman on the phone and he explained to me that the pitch of air conditioning handling unit had to be adjusted and that the fan speed had to be reduced. Great I got my answer finally, now we have to deal with the stain on my ceiling from the leak. The company offered me $200.and told me to get it repaired. My response was how do you know how much it’s gonna cost? Shouldn’t they pay for the entire repair. The answer was no, I should’ve shut the air conditioner off when I saw the water. I’m sorry the $200 was an insult, and the company goes on the do not call list.

Our AC wasn't blowing cold. When this happened the first time they told me how to trouble shoot and made the comment we don't want you to waste money so please try this. I tried it but it turned out it wasn't the AC but something to do with the electric in the building. I so appreciated their honesty that when the AC stopped blowing cold again and I knew it wasn't the same issue, they came out the next day fixed it for a very reasonable price. How very refreshing...I highly recommend them.

I have been working with Aloha for years and they never disappoint! Anything you need from air quality to AC repair these are your guys! Jim, Jared and Jerry are the best.

If being polite was the main point of being an ac tech It would get 5 stars. Unfortunately their intelligence is what makes them good techs. I had called because there was a leak that seemed to be coming from my ac handler upstairs and they checked out and assured us that the a/c was the issue.. a few months and over $1000 later it turns out the bathroom sink was the issue.. this company is not trust worthy and definitely not knowledgeable on anything other than how to swindle your money.

We have two units in our house it went out in the back bedroom area! We called Aloha and they immediately came out ordered the parts we needed and were there the next day! Then the other side had issues and they stayed to repair that and spend many hours at our home. No complaints and the tech was so pleasant and professional. We have dealt with Aloha for years and have never had a complaint!! Amazing company and service!

Very professional and honest (which is rare these days) Thanks to Jerry for this valuable advice and restarting our air conditioning with their technician. When we need to replace the main unit we will make a single quote request and it will be with Aloha. Thanks again😁

In our condo complex everyone was recommending Aloha Air, and I am glad they did. I had them replace my AC system and they did a fantastic job and they have been doing my maintenance. Super fast service, very responsive and always do a complete job. I am very happy with Aloha Air.

We have been using Aloha now for several years at both our old place, now or current home as well. Riley came out today and assisted us. He was spot on time. He was extremely professional, efficient, helpful, and friendly. He went the extra mile and helped us with a thermostat issue as well. We have an annual service contract with Aloha. Their prices are in line with other companies. I will continue to use them, and would highly recommend their services.
