I have used this company twice. Both times they were right on time,
the technicians were very nice, very knowledgeable, knew exactly what
the problem was and fixed it quickly and got my system up and running again, and at a very fair price. I would definitely recommend this company if you are having problems with your air conditioning system.

Advanced Air installed my new air condition system when I purchased my condo. Never had a issue till now, it was a slight problem. They promptly came and fixed it. I am very happy with their service.

Possibly the worst company ever, had a cooling tower that's being done in miami and the work they doing is terrible they have flanges on the cooling tower that's cracked and they did was put glue around it to cover it up. this company is so unprofessional and unorganized they beat around that bush they over charge customers and have them paying double what they need to pay.DONT GET ANY TYPE OF SERVICE BY THIS COMPANY THEY GOING MESS YOU AIR CONDITIONING UP

I would like to recommend Advanced Air Systems as an honest and reliable HVAC Contractor. I used Advanced earlier this year to perform routine maintenance on my seven year old central air system, Advanced quickly answered all my questions and provided me with a complimentary no strings attached quote. Needless to say, I was happy from the start. Following their initial inspection, Advanced suggested a full system tune-up rather than replacement; which saved me a couple thousand dollars. My AC is now blowing ice cold and working great. Thank you Advanced for extending the life of my system and saving me money.

After the experience mentioned below - I did receive a call from the VP and later another call from the marketing mgr to express concern and rectify the any issues moving forward. I would say I am pleased to move forward from this point on September 2, 2016.

I called them on Friday, June 17 for a service call since my ac/ was not functioning.
They came out and diagnosed the system and made a repair for $185.00. On Sunday, June 19 the system was not working again. I called and they come out again on Monday, June 20.
When the bill came and I saw two charges - one for each visit. I called the office and explained my dissatisfaction and ask for someone to get with a manager and get back to me. No one ever did.
When I today called back again as a follow up - I was told that the second visit was a clogged drain line and that they considered that a different problem. I ask for a supervisor and was given to a Scott. He was cold and rude. He explained to me again it was two different problems.
I was not happy with his explanation and suggested that in good faith as a new client, a resident of Wilton Station and a realtor that they forgive the second fee of $140. He stood his ground. I was only when I lost my cool and raised my voice that he said he would take the $140 off the bill and place me on a do not service list ! Seriously ! This is not white glove service for a company that wants to service Wilton Station !
As an owner all I knew was the system was not working. To me the first visit should have been a complete unit evaluation to determine what problems existed and fix them. I should not have had to be inconvenienced a second time for the system not working or have incurred a second charge only two days later for the same a/c unit.

I had Advanced Air Systems install a Mitsubishi mini-split air conditioner in my master bedroom. The installation was perfect and the installers were on time and very nice. Additionally, Since I only had to run my new super efficient A/C at night and not my whole house central A/C, my electric bill went down by almost $75 per month!!

3.18.19 Once again.... A Job Well Done! It is always rewarding doing business with Advanced Air & Roofing Systems.

I have a maintained contract with them that can foresee any future problems. I also spoke to a Olivia Doyle today, also polite and sweet, it always helps to have women to get the job done !

I am a Property Manager of a condominium and I can truly say that Advanced Air Systems actually showed up and was able to explain the problem we had with our air handler compressor. Just Showing up was the first inclination that this company actually cared and wanted our business, I have had many companies say they are on their way and surprise... no one shows or answers calls.
Advanced gave us a proposal, but not until they were absolutely sure of the equipment that needed to be repaired or newly built. I highly recommend Advanced Air Systems, the people are very friendly, answer your questions or concerns and explain things in terms that you understand. Thank you!

Had a new A/C unit installed in my FL condo - both the initial service call and the installation were easy to schedule, occurred exactly when described, and were smooth. The technician and then the installers were all very courteous, described exactly what they were seeing, and performed the work as described. I'm always looking for a good contractor, and I would not hesitate to recommend Advanced Air Systems to anybody - highly recommended!!

We have been using Advanced Air Systems for years and have always had prompt, great service. Our AC has been down on weekends and we still get fast service. The techs that come out to us are fast and know what they are doing. We've been extremely happy with the service for many years.

I just purchased my first home so my AC not working has been my first issue ever. I immediately was nervous hearing how much this could run me from others I know. In these 95 degree days, it was overbearing as well. I called Advanced Air Systems based on the reviews and they didn't disappoint! They took care of me in the same day. An elementary school went down and became an emergency which held them back but they STILL came after hours in the rain. They had to go up to my roof to fix it and happily did so within 30 minutes. It was a small part that they replaced for a REALLY great price. I wasn't expecting to come out of it for less than $500 and I thought that would be a good day! I'll definitely be recommending them and using them again. They know what they're doing.

ON TIME - EXPERIENCED - CLEAN - FRIENDLY! The staff is excellent. Scheduling and technicians were all top notch. My system works great now! The repair was very affordable and the staff was very accommodating to my needs and my schedule. Great experience from start to finish. The best in South Florida.

Had them check my A/C system to confirm everything is in good working order. They checked the pressures, checked for leaks and checked to see if the coils were clean.
Everything was good. Now I can go through the summer with less worry about any A/C issues.
The technician (Sergio) was very professional and courteous.

Air Conditioner broke over the weekend, spoke to Advanced Air on Monday, Arrived on Tuesday to provide quote, signed contract and he ordered the new Rheem at that moment to be delivered to their warehouse on Wed. Install appointment scheduled for Thursday, 2 workers arrived on time and completed the work the same day. They work efficiently, cleaned up their work area, and disposed of the old unit. Their work is very neat, hey were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Great Unit for a Great Price! Thanks Advanced Air Systems! I would definitely recommend!

Our company has worked with Advanced Air Systems for approximately 25 years for all of our Retail and Office space. We work with Advanced Air Systems from the technicians as well as their office staff. They are all pleasant and professional and they give their full attention to the issue that we are calling about.
We are completely satisfied with the services they provide to our company and I would highly recommend their services.

Advanced Air Systems installed my new A/C, which required some follow ups to reroute drain lines and after 2.5 years the unit stopped cooling. Tech came out, incorrectly diagnosed the issue (claiming compressor needed to be replaced), and after calling every day it took them 4 days to provide a quote for $950 for a $225 fix I got done by a different A/C company.

Advanced Air left me for 6+ days without a working A/C despite daily calls to schedule repair. And they incorrectly diagnosed the issue and were going to charge $950 for something I didn't need replaced. Unfortunately you get what you pay for with this company, and despite good prices for a new unit, I don't feel they are a reliable or knowledgable A/C company and would not recommend.

I have yearly maintenance done on my AC because it runs all the time. Dennis came out and went above and beyond. We have a pump system that was put in a couple of years ago. He took the pump apart and really gave it a good cleaning. All the pipes were cleaned out well. I wanted to make sure the system was ready for the summer. Thanks Dennis!

They did a great job! They installed my air conditioner back in 2012 and came back today (2021) first time since then, have not had an issue until now, and for AC maintenance… They were outstanding customer service back then an even better current day! Very professional, very clean and neat, attention to detail and extremely knowledgeable! I highly recommend this business for any of your air conditioning needs!

I have been using this company now for 5 years. They maintain my 3 zone AC systems, from general maintenance to repairs and if needed new installation . They are exceptionally honorable , diligent, equally talented, and getting the job done correctly. In the event their are issues they will always do the right thing by their customer.
Lastly I wanted to give a special call out of thank to the team for coming thru for me when most needed. I had a compressor short out on me with no AC. One of my family members had surgery and when coming home really needed to be in a AC environment. I Contacted Advanced Air, spoke with Paul on a Saturday and he assured me that he would be getting someone to the house and get my AC back and running. Without having to chase anyone down they came when promised and did the job to perfection.
I would highly recommend this company . They are solid.
