I had a very friendly and professional experience with the plumbing service. The technician used a door mat, shoe covers, and wore a mask, which I really appreciated. He left everything clean and tidy. I will definitely rely on this company for all my plumbing needs. This time, I had them replace my water heater, and just like before, they were fantastic! The price was fair, the response was quick, and the cleanup was thorough. I called them back for more plumbing repairs, and the plumber, Danny, was excellent. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. We had two drains unplugged and a new faucet installed in our bathroom. Danny kept me updated on his progress and any possible issues (there were none). He made sure to protect all areas in the work zone, including the floors. He left everything as clean as it was when he started. This company truly is the best!

I simply cannot express my gratitude enough for Acosta Family Plumbing LLC and their employee, Danny! My sewer pipes were completely blocked, making it impossible to shower, flush toilets, or even do laundry or dishes. It was an absolute nightmare! After five hours of waiting for him to find the right machine, I was told I'd need to call in another service. Feeling desperate, I reached out to Acosta Family Plumbing LLC, as I knew they provided 24/7 service. I was bracing myself for the worst, especially considering it was a Saturday and they wouldn't be able to get to my house until after 5pm. But, to my relief, I was pleasantly surprised! Danny was simply amazing - understanding, compassionate, and efficient. He quickly got to work, explaining the process to me, and ensuring there wasn't a tree root causing the issue. He completed the job swiftly and effectively. To top it all off, the cost was much more reasonable than I had anticipated, and they even provided a 6-month warranty! A plumbing company installed a new drain field at my property. Jordan and Danny were my main contacts during the whole process. They were both very professional and always quick to answer my questions. At the start, Jordan let me know that the permit process would take a while, and he was right. The actual work was finished in just one day. The drain field passed inspection with the local health department. I had an excellent experience with this plumbing team.

i highly recommend this company for any plumbing work you need done. small, family-run plumbers like this are the best choice. you don’t have to spend too much money on those big companies that might charge you extra and not do the job right. these folks are honest and fair with their prices. i especially want to mention jordan, who was the plumber that helped me. he gave great customer service and did a top-notch job fixing everything. they even came out on a sunday night and got my new faucet installed right away. i really liked how fast and professional they were. from now on, i’ll always call them for any plumbing issues.

I recently had some major plumbing work done at my home in Fort Lauderdale by Acosta Family Plumbing LLC. Danny and Jordan handled several jobs for me in just one day, and I’m really pleased with how everything turned out. They replaced my old, leaking hot water heater tank with a new 40-gallon Monarch model. Danny also suggested installing a whole house water filtration system because the water in our area is pretty hard, and I agreed. After setting up the filtration system, they noticed the water pressure was way too high and found out the water pressure regulator at the main inlet wasn’t working. They quickly installed a new one, explaining that high water pressure probably caused the old water heater to wear out and may have affected other plumbing fixtures in the house too, which made sense given the repairs I’ve needed before. Jordan also did the overdue maintenance on my gas boiler and, during their final checks, found that a water pump to one of the heating zones had failed. Luckily, they had a replacement pump in their van, which was really well-stocked with plumbing parts. I appreciated not having to wait or pay extra for someone to leave and buy parts, which happened with a different plumber before. Danny also remembered that I wanted to swap out the old pH neutralizer canister near the boiler for one with a clear window, so I could easily see when it needed changing. I communicated with him through email after the initial visit, and he always responded to my questions and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work done.
