Couldn’t asked for a better service, starting from the salesman to the installers!
Fernando got me a brand new Lennox for a smoking deal and made sure I got the correct size unit for my house without trying to oversell me anything, just exactly what I needed.
Anthony and Carly came the very next day to install the new unit at 9-10am and stayed past their clock out time making sure everything was working properly and teaching me all about the unit and how to operate the new thermostat.

Paradise plumbing provided fast and excellent service. I had purchased a new stove that required conversion from natural gas to propane and required a gas certified plumber. I also had a dishwasher that needed installation. I called Paradise at end of day Monday and everything was installed by lunch Tuesday! My Service Technician Alan Good provided great service and took extra time to explain everything to me. The process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I contacted Paradise Plumbing after noticing gurgling sounds coming from my sink and wanted to address the issue quickly. Scheduling was easy, and Yuri, our technician, arrived right on time.
Yuri listened carefully as I explained the problem and immediately got to work. He unclogged the drains efficiently and also took the time to explain preventative measures to help keep the drains clear in the future, including tips for avoiding grease and oil buildup.
He was professional, efficient, and very informative throughout the visit. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to share helpful maintenance advice.

Excellent service. I called for a main line clog late night. I was concerned as water was coming down from my second floor to the first. Technician Allen showed up quickly looked into the problem. He was courteous and explained in detail the problem and solution.The repair was done quick and as estimated when I first called. I highly recommend Paradise Plum ing. The company and technician are exceptional caring for your needs especially after hours.

I had a fantastic experience with Paradise Plumbing, Air & Electric on a full central air conditioner replacement.

From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. My sales rep, Robert A., did an excellent job walking me through the options, setting expectations clearly, and making sure everything was lined up properly before install day.

The install team, Will and Jeff, were outstanding. They treated the job like it was their own home. Everything was truly plug and play, and when an unexpected issue came up with a spliced thermostat wire, they did not cut corners. They crawled into the attic and fixed it correctly so the system would run exactly as it should.

As part of the install, I also needed a dedicated outlet for my condensate pump. James, the electrician, handled this perfectly. His work was clean, efficient, and clearly done with safety and long term reliability in mind.

I also want to call out Dontay from customer service, who was responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. Communication was clear and timely, which made coordinating everything stress free.

The workmanship, communication, and overall care really stood out. I highly recommend Paradise Plumbing, Air & Electric for large home projects and major system installs.

Joe came in to install a water softener for me. The day before the installation, he visited for planning and provided an estimate. He was very thorough in explaining the details and the overall plan. He was professional during both the estimation and the installation. He ran the drain line into the laundry area, avoiding draining water outside the house.

Yuri did a good job. It’s hard to find good installers here in Miami. He was knowledgeable check my water pressure and even met with the building manager to discuss possible issues I could face because of the water pressure. Knowledgeable of the toilet he was installing and my old toilet that he had taken out. Overall, A+ of my book. Very clean.

George Kent from Paradise Plumbing Air & Electric provided exceptional service. We were dealing with a Code 10 error on our outdoor tankless water heater, and he was thorough, patient, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the process. Even after we had already returned to Ohio, George continued working the issue and coordinated directly with Rinnai technical support to make sure it was diagnosed and fixed properly. That level of follow-through and ownership is rare. He didn’t just patch the problem — he made sure it was fully resolved. Highly recommend George and the team at Paradise.

Anthony and Carly did a very professional job of deinstall my old unit which was being serviced by Ranger, which I would never recommend to anyone. The old unit was filled with mold. Meanwhile we have paid range $1000 in recent time for maintenance maintenance. What were they doing? After discovering the mold which we figured that was happening because my father was having a cough. We called paradise and they did a fantastic job of cleaning everything D installing reinstalling cleaning up afterwards. We are very happy with the results and I highly recommend paradise. I will look forward to working with them in the future. Here are some pictures of the new installation and I'll insert some pictures of the old moldy Ranger maintained installation.

Joey Blondet (Tech) and Dontay (CSR) took great care of us in the process of replacing our water heater. They were upfront with cost, timing, permit, and the steps we/they needed to take. Very professional, efficient, and I would highly recommend them.

Joy Blondet and his crew did a great job fixing the sewer line stoked by the att work in my neighborhood. They work during the weekend to get this job done and restore the water service on my house. I highly recomend them. Reliable, on time and fair price.
