I called Paradise plumbing for our commercial business. Have absolutely nothing negative to say, they resolved our issue in a short and timely matter. Technician was extremely professional knowledgeable (George). Will definitely be using them in the future, highly recommend Paradise plumbing.

George was extremely professional and took the time to explain everything to me. He was very knowledgeable and did an outstanding job fixing my toilet backup issue. A few hours later, Dontay called to follow up and check on how my service went. Great company with excellent customer care. I will definitely use them again.

Just had Kind whole house filtration w/salt free softener installed by Paradise Plumbing tech River Kautz. River is very friendly, efficient, explained where the best place to install it and other options with pricing. I didn’t want to use filtered water for lawn, driveway and general cleaning so he built the new pipe contraptions with my specifications and he cleaned up well and hauled away the big box and old pipes. Dontay(CSR) kept me abreast of my appointments and sent me my Tech’s picture w/full name and ETA. Will definitely use them again, Thanks River, you’re awesome!—- Carlota A.

My hot water heater went on the fritz….in the middle of the coldest weather of the year….and I called Paradise based on the reviews. They did not disappoint! Dillon Duncan was here within an hour and I had a new tank installed and hot water by the end of the day! He did a fantastic job with the install, both technically and cosmetically. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience! George Kent showed up right on time with the biggest smile and immediately put us at ease. We had a backed up toilet and shower, and after carefully inspecting everything he found that our home’s pipes were clear and that the problem stemmed from recent city work out front. George walked us through everything, shared detailed videos of our pipes, and gave us so much peace of mind with his thoroughness and honesty. We now have the information we need to move forward with the city, and a plumber for life! Huge thanks to George and Paradise Plumbing!

George Kent was fantastic. He has great bedside manner and took the time to walk me through what could be causing the problem, what the possible fixes were, and what the next steps would look like. I called a few other companies to get quotes first but was really impressed with Dillon’s knowledge and professionalism. Dillon did great work and diagnosed my broken water heater quickly and installed a brand new one next day. Great company and people to work with, I highly recommend them.

Very happy with the service Paradise Plumbing provided. They installed a new toilet for me. Didn’t realize it was expensive and they gave me a bit of a discount. Gespere was very nice and respectful and did a great job. Hopefully this have fixed the leak problem. Everything was done in a few hours as promised. Very easy to get in touch with them. Karen was also nice on the phone. Would recommend this company.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. The scheduling was great with constant communication and confirmation. The plumber who came out, Kevin, did an amazing job and was very clear and honest. He was able to fix the issue and get my toilet running again. Vilinie also reached out after TJ make sure I was satisfied. Great service and great company.

Dillon did a great job. Not only did they come out right away, but everything was fixed in less then 30 minutes. He even found an issue that I didn't call him about. Thank you and I would recommend and use them again.

I had a great experience with my plumbing technician, George Kent! He installed my new water heater tank quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. Unfortunately, the water didn’t get as hot as expected after the installation. It was disappointing since the service was over $2k which highly expensive. Then an additional charge is required to hard wire the tank. I was happy with George’s work and mannerism, but there’s always room for improvement in cost and efficiency.

Immediate response to need for assist with insurance repair. Disconnect and cap lines to dishwasher, disposal and sink so remediation crew could continue working. Arrived on site quickly. Called me to confirm work. Referred me to office to arrange payment. Responsive, Quick, Efficient!

James was very easy to work with. He explained the issues with clarity and depth, and was clearly knowledgeable about what was going on with our wires and board. He made thoughtful recommendations and was thorough with the diagnostic. He made us feel comfortable with our house and helped us understand so that we could make sound decisions. Definitely recommend him.

Joey, my repair man was phenomenal. They did a great job at a fair price. I wouldn’t consider anyone else for any of your plumbing needs. I also had them come a few months ago to repair the air-conditioning unit and they were phenomenal at that point too Trust me, don’t use anybody else just ask for Joey

First, Paradise got another year of life out of the 22-year-old central AC system that came with my house when I bought it. Then, when I was ready to replace that, I called Paradise again. Sharlin took care of me. Paradise replaced my AC system with a new, more energy-efficient one. The process was simple and the Paradise technicians, especially Ockeno, were great: polite, professional, supremely competent, and they left my home spotless when they were done. It's been two years since, and I haven't had a single problem with my AC system. I routinely recommend Paradise Plumbing, Air, & Electric in my neighborhood group chat, and none of my neighbors have been disappointed. Paradise is the absolute best!
