Bartlett did a great job of trimming the trees around my pool. I've had other tree trimmers not care about what gets crushed beneath the trees. Their team was thorough, friendly and professional. They also provide a detailed written estimate. I will definitely use them again, and I've recommended them to my neighbors.

I called Bartlett as a last resort when some of my fruit trees either died or had minimal production. I tried various self-help measures without any positive results. A Bartlett arborist sent soil and plant parts to Bartlett’s lab to diagnose the problems. The treatment plan they devised held the virus/bacteria at bay. The trees appeared to start the road to recovery. The current Bartlett team of Alex (arborist) and Pablo (technician) have taken care of the trees to the next level. With their combined expertise in the lives of trees, they consider ways of nutritionally fortifying them to withstand the onslaught of diseases that are in the landscape rather than continuously spraying the disease itself. I’m looking forward to the results of the current program. Kudos to Alex and Pablo for giving rarely seen customer service: promptly returning my calls and thoughtfully taking a personal interest in staying ahead of plant disease in my yard. Bartlett also trims/cuts trees. After lengthy review of each tree, (some of which were 30+ feet in height), Alex and I agreed on exactly the ways to open the canopies. There was never a question when I asked them to return to remove additional tree limbs, after Alex made a trip to inspect them himself. I can’t end this review without mentioning Maritza, the efficient, charming, and personable “office lady” who is surely an important part of the operation.

Pablo has been servicing my trees for a while now and I cannot thank him enough for his amazing work ethic and genuine care! Today Pablo and Troy came by to also trim my trees for the first time. I love how amazing they look, but even more so, I love that they cut by hand (mostly)! That is how trees are supposed to cut!! From now on, I only want them to trim my trees! And, of course, thanks to Alex, my coordinator for keeping my trees beautiful and well taken care of by sending such great help! I am a loyal customer now!

Exceptional service. Service rep. outlined all parts of the pruning process. Each tree had different pruning needs from a Black Olive that needed to be pulled away from house, driveway and the street. Mango that was too tall making it difficult for us to pick fruit, very thick foliage limiting sun penetration and fruit production. The Bartlett group work as a good team.

My experience with the Bartlett team has been exceptional from the start. From when I met and worked with Alex for the assessment and quotation, until when the job was performed by Troy and Pablo. Bartlett Tree Service came out to prune the trees in my yard and make them ready for the next hurricane season. I chose them because they sent out an arborist to evaluate the trees and the amount of pruning needed.

I hired Bartlett Tree Experts to salvage my fruit trees and I am very happy that I did. I worked with Alex, their horticulturist, who came to my house to look at my trees. He recommended root aeration on five of the fruit trees. It's been less than three months since the work was done and the results are night to day. On four out of the five trees, the leaves were drying out and did not look healthy. I had one guava tree that had always been a lovely fruiting tree and it looked like it was on its last leg. Now, that guava is so happy that it's full of healthy green leaves and has even begun to fruit again. I wasn't expecting that until next year, but this guy is happy and healthy and ready to produce. The other four trees are equally happy. They are lush and green. I never expected this to work out so well, especially since I had had other companies come in before Bartlett to service the trees. They always threw fertilizer and told me that would work. It didn't. This made all the difference.

They also did other work for me on my bougainvillea. It is now flowering like never before. In addition to these services, they are fertilizing many of my plants and making sure they stay healthy.

Also, they follow up. Alex has come back to my property a couple of times. The first time because I had some questions as to the progress of the trees and more recently to check on the growth of the trees and plants. They have a great crew of people. I really like working with them and I love the fact that I am getting results. Pablo, the service technician, is very thorough and does a great job on my trees. He's always happy to answer questions and explain what is going on. It worked out a lot better than I ever imagined. I recommend them highly. They have made me and my trees very happy.

Great people, great work reducing 2 massive trees in our front yard. Many tree service hacks will butcher your trees, with ugly results and compromised tree health (ours had suffered this over decades before we lived here, hence their shapes). Not Manley! Choose these knowledgeable professionals! They treat you and your trees with kindness and respect. 2 pics pre-trim in January, 1 pic immediately after, 1 pic 2 months growth by March.
