Estimation and bid rapid and crew on site in a week. Professional arborists, great equipment and my wife a certified master gardener was very pleased. Will be using Bartlett on an annual basis going forward.

We have 2 trees that frame our driveway and one of them has been doing very poorly for years. I like the symmetry so I didn't want to have to remove the sick tree because it's too large to replace. Bartlett has treated it for root rot and parasites and now it looks 80% better (after only 3 months)!!!! Root rot is usually terminal so now I am hopeful that this tree will survive! They are truly experts!!!

Very knowledgeable staff. Great work crew! We had them cut all the fruit trees in our backyard and they did an awesome job. Saved all the fruit for me too! Would highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts.

Juan recently was recommended to us by a friend regarding an issue with a tree in our yard. Bartlett and Juan were a pleasure to deal with and assisted with the issue very quickly. These guys are experts and we definitely recommend them.

Jonathan Frank is an excellent arborist. He is highly credentialed in his industry and provides superior customer service and communication. I think finding an arborist that is both knowledgeable and experienced as well as pleasant to work with can be a challenge but Jonathan has both skill sets. That sets him apart from other arborists I have worked with. As a professional in the horticulture industry, I have worked with many tree care professionals but I am yet to find someone I enjoy working with more than Jonathan Frank. Choosing to work with Bartlett Tree Experts in South Florida is a choice you will not regret.

UPDATE AT BOTTOM TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW..Very disappointed.. On May 11, 2023 I had Kris come out and give an estimate on a black olive that needs some trimming and 2 foxtails. My husband and I really liked Kris , he educated us and gave us some good news about what is really causing the staining from the black olive tree and that it could be treated .Even better we would not have to cut the 50 yr old tree like i thought. He went into his car drew up a proposal for all the work ,came back , we agreed on price, i signed, and he let me know they were about 2 weeks out from scheduling. So about 1 week goes by and i get a phone call from a gentleman named Frank and to please call him back. So i call back and get the lady on the phone , who i originally talked with to book the appointment . She tells me that Kris is no longer with the company and now Frank is my representative. While disappointed, because we really liked Kris and his knowledge.. ok we now have Frank. So i leave a message to call me back and no response. So i call again a few days later spoke with same lady , left message, no response.. so i call again and leave a message and still have not heard back ... If you are going to take the effort to come out and give the quote for a job , i would hope your company would follow thru with the work. UPDATE on June 29 , 2023 we were scheduled for a tree trim but that day no one showed up. So my husband made a phone to the office and put in a request to speak with the manager ,Juan Curasco ( sp) . My husband received a phone call a little while later and pretty much just said that we should not have to chase down a company this much to get a job completed that we agreed on. Juan sent out a crew the next day. This is where my husband and i become VERY IMPRESSED with the work of three men... Pablo, Carlucio , and Abel. EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL , Carlucio explianed in detail to me what he was planning on cutting and why .. They were out there for 5 hours cutting our black olive with thoughtfulness on what was best for the tree to grow properly. All three of these men NEVER STOPPED working until the project was finished, clean up was spotless... We did run into one hiccup with the CiTy of sunrise by not having a permit. So I did have to go apply for a permit even though the work was completed. The City of Sunrise knew the company and said they are one of the best to hire so we were pleased with that comment.

Great work. They removed a large tree next to the house and trimmed another. They called in advance of coming, gave a complete and accurate quote, then showed up on time to get the work done. The tree trimmers were professional, they had all the right equipment. They also reviewed what they would do and how they would place the big equipment before starting. As a note I have had them out trimming the trees before, and after the last hurricane they stopped by to check for broken limbs. Super great company.

Arborist Juan arrived promptly to do the walk through and estimate. Christina kept me appraised of scheduling. Spencer and crew were extremely courteous, professional, and careful with my property. They did a great job on my ten palms and a thorough cleanup. Couldn’t ask for more.

We had another wonderful experience with Bartlett Tree Experts! Kris Ratliff, our Bartlett Arborist came out to see the trees which needed trimming and to give his opinion on the health of a 30-year old Coconut tree that was losing all its fronds, coconuts and looked in terrible shape. We decided to remove that palm. We could not be happier with the work the team leader, Mike and his crew did and thanks to Kris, they knew exactly what was needed to prepare our property for the upcoming hurricane season. Kris also came by to check on the work, and to say hello. My husband and I are once again pleased to recommend Kris Ratliff and Bartlett Tree Experts.

Our live oak tree was having issues, and we didn’t know whether it had to be removed. We decided to hire Bartlett because their expertise as arborists came highly recommended by the research I had done. Jonathan came out to examine the oak tree and didn’t recommend removal as a first line of solutions to saving the tree. He didn’t feel it was necessary to remove it. We needed to have the tree trimmed properly, which we did. Timeline to do the work was immediate. We’re extremely please with Bartlett, an we plan on having them back next year to reevaluate the tree & see how it is after the year. Thank you!

Bartlett Tree Experts are true professionals. An arborist came out to evaluate the job and set up scheduling. When the crew showed up on time, they were careful with not only our yard but whether or not the job would affect our neighbors. They did a great job on trees that had not been trimmed in years. They made sure debris didn't fall on the roof or on anything that it might damage. Would definitely recommend!

I've been using Bartlett to trim back our two huge black olive trees in our front yard. It's mandatory safeguarding for Hurricane Season. Every year they do a great job at a fair price. This morning Mike showed up right on time. They stayed until the job was done and left the yard spotless. Especially impressive after cutting two truck loads worth of limbs. Could not recommend them more.

No one answers the phones and when the woman does answer she's a rude as they come. I'm on my third rescheduled appointment for treatment. Late notice of such and so on. Not sure what has happened. They use to be responsive and reliable, though the woman whom answers the phone, not so much. I'm moving on.

After I requested a quote to prune our live oak tree, Jonathan was scheduled to come out within days to inspect. He assessed the tree and was dedicated to maintaining its overall health and vigor. As soon as I signed the proposal, Jonathan’s crew was back within two days and had the canopy raised nicely and cut back branches overhanging the roof. Price was definitely fair for the work but most importantly, the integrity of the tree was maintained!

Perfect 10 rating! Top notch thoughtful professional staff, and treat their customers with kindness and respect. Always show up on time and we are always happy with the results. Prices are reasonable and they know what they are doing - no hack jobs! We love our trees and Bartlett knows how to take care of them for us.

In the office, Christina was always willing to help and was very nice to work with. Kris and Gene did a FANTASTIC job on my trees.
