Best tree trimming company in the U.S. Name a better one I’ll wait btw if y’all wanna complain about how we do things do it yourself otherwise live without power👍🏼

I don't even want to give one star. We came home found your guys in our yard without permission which is trespassing!!!! They cut trees left all the tree debris laying in our bushes which they have damaged and broken. We have called your office and will be calling to complain to FPL too. You company is a disgrace.

They block your driveway even when they are not working at your property and won’t let you leave until they are done took five minutes to get them to back up 2 feet so I could pull out crazy

The team members from asplundh came to my areas and interrupted my power. As someone who does work from home, this can critically disrupt my day. When I asked the team
Members about it, they accused me of not paying my phone bill. No response when I called the corp office multiple times. Unfortunate. FPL please stop working with this company they do not know customer service

Just called FPL management due to Raphael telling me to take a Xanax because I saw him on my cameras walking on the property instead of trimming trees/branches. When he said he was going to cut my avocado tree completely that I've had for 20 years I told him leave my property, he became visibly upset. When his supervisor confronted him, he changed the narrative and lied and said I hurdled insults at him first. Lack of morals. Liar. Lack of Accountability. RAPHAEL SHOULD BE FIRED!

No idea why FPL uses this trash. Workers sat in my yard and had a chat for like an hour while I was at work last year. This year they leave all the debris behind and expect me to clean it up.

EDIT: They arrived pretty early the next morning to clean up. Still unprofessional. One star bump for prompt cleaning.

Here for several days doing pruning for FPL. They parked in front of my house repeatedly and put out cones out on my property and partially blocked my driveway. They blocked the garbage and recycling trucks. They were not even doing any pruning in my yard but in the neighbors yard. On the third day I had enough and had to tell them to move the truck and cones. They finally complied.

I have seen a Spanish man who is the passenger in an Asplundh truck stealing fruit and then running to the truck where the driver waits for him. Oh my coconuts are gone off my coconut palm. Already called the police.

FPL leaves debris behind and sends them out many days
later which was ok but slightly annoying because there was lack of communication in when they were coming to get it. I was a little upset that it took so long for FPL to to send someone out. Now here is the issue I started to have with this company. They would literally come back out back every week. After telling them that someone already came 4 weeks ago to pick it up they continue to come. Crazy thing it’s the same persons who initially picked it up. It’s becoming a headache. Then they sit in front in front of my house for hours. I called FPL and they say we don’t have a service ticket for your address. I think it Asplundh just milking FPL.

I permitted this tree company access to my back yard today to trim trees obstructing power lines. They said they were on a job for FPL. They have just left the area at the end of the day, and they chose to leave a pile of palm fronds in my driveway rather than chip them.

I have had several poor experiences with this company. They are under contract to trim the trees for Monroe County. Today they have butchered a very old, beautiful mahogany tree and gumbo limbo. These people are not arborists. They have no regard for how their trim will affect the life of the tree. Last time they were here they trimmed some trees on my lot so radically they died. We have no choice here in the Keys, but if you do, don't choose them.

The most incompetent people ever. I spoke with the guy in charge to inquire specifically what they were planning to trim for FPL. He said only the branches that are touching the power lines. By the time I cam home they had butchered and destroyed all my palm trees. Even branches that were not in contact with the power lines were trimmed by them.

I will never let them in my property again. They have zero experience doing a proper trimming.

These guys a joke!! They were in my backyard pruning for FPL. They got to my house about 8 o’clock in the morning and are still here at 3 PM. They cut down just a small pile of branches. All they do is stand around on their phones milking the clock while I pay over $300 for FPL every month. This is ridiculous, I finally went out there and asked them what they were doing and they finally started to work a little putting the debris in the chipper. It took him about seven hours to cut maybe 25 branches off my tray. OMG!

Asplundh has worked behind our home over the last week.
THE CREW & Cisco the supervisor have been very thoughtful, careful and business like.

The WORST ... FPL contracted them out for a palm tree that was sparking on power line . About 6 men standing around half the time then of course lunch then more standing around. Milk it til times up place closes . Shytty chop job leaving the palm tree trunk about 10 feet up chopped the fronds & top of tree off. Never cleared the rest of the line . Dropped fronds debris on a tree o specifically asked to be careful of ...Nope Busted it up as well . Oh and it wasn't pouring rain light drops here & there. Trust Me IF I did this type of work it wouldn't have looked like shytt after I leave .
I HAD to leave ONE Star in order to post BUT Truthfully I wouldn't Leave Any .
Asplundh phone on Google is NOT their # in Florida here .

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their crew came to do some work near my property and showed a complete lack of respect for my home. They threw my patio furniture around without any care and left a large amount of debris right in front of my house when they were done. It looked like a mess and gave the impression that they didn’t care about the people living nearby. I expected more professionalism from a company of their size. I do not recommend their services based on this experience.

The majority of the tree trimmers need to go back to training. Let's remember to be mindful and respectful to other people's properties. Not just the one you are paid to be at. Today this company blocked a portion of my driveway while also taking up more than half the narrow road. This caused vehicles passing them to drive on my grass. Let's not be rude and throw trash on the yard's of others.

It's actually quite funny, they have been at my neighbors house since 7:30am, just now leaving. Not much work was heard or done. Good thing these men have their phones to keep them busy. Major red flags across the board.

WOW, what pieces of work. Went racetrack and find white Ram truck in handycap parking with the asplundh logo on it. Really smart to advertise like that. Do they have any integrity???

FPL and ASPLUNDH!! Why you would hire a company and not monitor there work is besides me. The 1st team was sitting in front of my house for about an hour with cones that they placed throughout the front of my home while sitting in the truck (lucky for me I didn't need to use the front of my home). Once I stepped outside and got his attention he stated he worked with FPL. I asked them will they be cleaning the front of the house once done as the last time they did not. He said yes. Eventually they got out the truck, one getting in the floating cab and the other using the hand device began to cut the branches on my almond tree and other branches surrounding the FPL lines. Once done they stacked the branches into piles and proceeded to the next address on the street. After about 20/ 30 minutes or so 2 more men came around in a truck with a wood cutter and picked up the piles and put them in the wood cutter. One of them took a blower and began to blow debris around onto my front lawn i called out to him to blow the debris outward and not onto my lawn he signaled to me to be patient as if to say he knew what he was doing as the other picked up a rake to seem like he was going to rake the remaining leaves. Therefore I went back into my home. Maybe less than 6 minutes i hear nothing to go back outside and see both workers pack up their belongings and move on to the next location and leave the debris in the front of my home. So let me get this right... YOU get a contract from FPL to come to my home on a Saturday morning and invade my space to cut my trees and leave debris in front of my house and then to insult me by treating me as an idiot on top of it. On top of it... I cannot find anyone at FPL to talk to NOR can I call anyone at ASPLUNDH to talk to and I cant speak to the workers because they all spoke Spanish and I am a woman and an English, French and Creole speaker!! So it' not that I'm ignorant it's just that the woodchipper workers thought they could just dismiss me because WHY I'm a woman? Why ??? I need to UNDERSTAND??

Blocked my entire drive way and the person who runs the facility will laugh in your face. Horrible people don’t do business. They have no respect for people or property

The people who work for them are incompetent and don’t speak very much English. I was driving by my house and one of their guys hit me driving in the middle of the road. Supervisor came out and said the company would not pay for the damage and had to write a police report over a damaged mirror. This is insanity!
