I am beyond frustrated with the service provided by Tree Motion. Due to their careless and inconsiderate actions, my car was unfairly towed while they were performing work at my property which is located in Broward County. I was on vacation outside the state of Florida and left my car properly parked and they just got my car towed causing me significant inconvenience and unnecessary expenses.

The company's lack of communication and coordination is appalling. They did not inform me that my car needed to be moved, and instead of taking a moment to discuss it with me, they had it towed. This demonstrates a complete lack of respect for their customers' property and time.

Until they can prove they respect their customers and their property, I cannot recommend their services to anyone.

Arturo and his Crew were professional , safe and they were priced welll! They did an amazing job taking down 2 very large trees of mine. I Highly recommend them!

It's rare to receive the exceptional service that Arturo and his crew delivered. On his first visit Arturo was on time, knowledgeable and provided an extremely reasonable bid. The day of service was no different; everyone was on time and worked efficiently and carefully. One tree in particular was concerning as it was hanging over my neighbor's property.
After watching for a few minutes I knew that the crew had everything under control and I had nothing to worry about so I went about my business. All debris was removed and they left my property neater than when they arrived. I will always use Tree Motion in the future including other services such as landscaping and laying sod.

Over the past two years, Tree Motion LLC has generally provided very good service in our community. Their crews are professional, the quality of tree trimming is solid, and they take cleanup, safety, and tree health seriously. Their credentials and certifications add confidence that they understand local regulations and best practices.
I would highly recommend this company for any of your tree needs.

Remarkable Service!
Tree Motion did a remarkable remedial work, strategic pruning and trimming all the large trees 🌳 and palms 🌴around my property. Some trees were safely relocated and some others with structural damage were restored and cautiously trimmed to allow them to recover good health and redevelop. I am so impressed with this company conscious and sustainable approach and their philosophy of tree care to protect our nature was exactly what my community association was looking for. I have used discount tree srvc for over 10yrs...I have always had exceptional professional srvc. Alex and his crew are amazing and affordable.

This company has poor customer service. It started 5 months ago with the owner coming to my house before he said he was coming and just walking into my property. Once the job was completed there were certain things that were not done I had to call for weeks for them to come by and when they finally did they say they were coming back with a different tool they never came back and I still have never had this issue resolved. The price was not worth the headache

A NO SHOW TWICE!! They were quick to respond to making an appointment. However, noone came from appointment or even bothered to call to say they would be late. First time Alex Salgado was supposed to come. He was 20 mins late when I called to ask if he was still coming, he requested a reschedule. His 2nd appointment, he was a no show with no call or text message. Very unprofessional!

I called asking if they sell Log Chargers or Chunks, the woman on the phone seemed nice enough. However, when she asked what business I was calling from and I told her that I wanted them for a birthday party, she hung up on me. I thought perhaps it was an accident, you know, sometimes phones can be tricky, so I called back and IMMEDIATELY my call was hung up on. I haven't even worked with them, but if simply a phone inquiry had mediocre customer service, I can't imagine what their one on one client experience is like.

Recently I bought a condo with a tree growing out of the patio and encroaching into the fence. The association cut the tree but not the stump. With all the new expenses of moving and such, I had to find a reasonably priced stump removal. After calling several companies, Discount Tree Service provided the lowest price. The stump removal expert was courteous, thorough and efficient. As an extra bonus he removed the grindings. Because he took the extra step, I am writing this review. Discount Tree Service is a great company with employees who care!

DO NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT USE THESE SERVICES. The definition of professionalism is not within their work ethic especially when they tell lies!!

Pay more attention to the negative reviews...They are consistent.

This is an event that occurred today.
1) They were in the process of doing a tree trim within my same community when I came across them
2) I spoke with Alex and he said to take a picture and send to him with my address and he would come by in 1 hour
3) Alex came by and quoted a price and we BOTH agreed on a final price.
4) I stepped back inside my house and he left without telling me when he was coming back. I then text him to ask him when he was coming back. He said 2 pm
5) 2 pm came and he came by. He then asked me to move a vehicle out of the driveway. As I was moving the vehicle out of the driveway, he drove off and left. No Communication...No goodbye...No nothing
6) I then texted Alex and said "I guess you are not coming back because you never said you were leaving". He then said his bucket truck broke. He never said when or if he was coming back. At that point I knew he was not coming back AT ALL.

Now ask yourself this. Wouldn't a reasonable, ethical and professional company communicate with you that they have dysfunctional or not working equipment before they drive off??? Especially when you never apologized and said when you were coming back once the equipment is back working again.

I had some dangerous coconuts about 30 feet over my head. I called them saying I needed someone to come out quickly. They were out within 2 hours, did a great job, and we're very reasonably priced. Very delightful gentlemen to work with. They are my go to guys from now on. I couldn't get my previous tree service on the phone.

Discount Tree Service did a great job trimming my 5 Royal Palms and 1 Coconut Palm. The thing I appreciated the most was how responsive they were. Also, Orlando was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I had been calling other tree service companies for weeks trying to get someone to trim my trees. Most companies didn't even reply to my emails or phone calls. Two companies said they would give me an estimate, but never showed up. Then I called Discount Tree Service. I spoke to a real person who sent someone out 30 minutes later. I got a reasonable estimate, and they returned the next day to trim my trees. I was thrilled!

ALEJANDRO AND HIS TEAM! WERE GREAT 👍 They worked with me on the price to remove 3 trees 🌳 they showed up on time and all the workers were kind. And helped me with thia huge project. Thank you 😊 🙏🏼 💓 I'm very greatful.
