Extremely happy with Agility.
The team is very professionally.
I hired the team to cut down a 40’ Royal Palm and its stump and 4 other large stumps all while next to an active pool, landscape lighting and an active sprinkler system.
Not one issue. Highly recommend

We hired Agility to trim a large Java Plum tree in our front yard. We were very happy with the service. The guys who came out were friendly and professional. They were careful to inquire how we wanted the tree trimmed and did it exactly as we asked. Their cleanup job of the yard after the cutting was the best we ever had. The price was very reasonable.

I would highly recommend Agility Property Maintenance to any one that needs the trimming services. I am building a new house and needed 5+ maturely grown trees completely cut down. Agility came and arrived on time, brought all the crew and materials needed, and completed the job in a timely manner. They cleared the lot for me and grinned down the stumps completely. They did such a great job and provided such great service, that i called them back over to my primary property to cut down some scattered branches that were touching my roof. On Friday, 21 Mar 25, An unskilled worker cut a major power line which caused significant power surges to interior and exterior appliances of several homes. Repairs to appliances cost a few neighbors a plethora of money. Three generators, two dishwashers blew. One neighbor had a blue screen on their computer. Our appliances would be intact if the line weren't severed. FPL spent 7.5 hours repairing the line. The owner of the company, Chandler refused to own up to this gross negligence. He placed the onus and financial burden on the homeowners. Chandler refused to pay for appliance repairs. Quote: "You'll never see a dime from me". Would you trust this business in your neighborhood?

How do you know I'm a "He"? We tried to have a constructive conversation with Chanler however, he became agitated with my statement, " If the lines weren't severed by your employee, our appliances would be intact and functioning". Thereafter, Chandler stated, " You'll never see a dime from me". Is that proudly serving the community?

FPL never assessed our properties to justify the terminology.. "faulty wiring". Odd, that Chandler is speaking for FPL. We all spoke with representatives from the FPL claims department. The representative refuted Chandlers verbiage, "faulty wiring" On the day of this incident, Three of FLP repair men placed the onus on the tree trimmer and the company.

Let's speak to quality. The quality of your work impacted our appliances. Again, we wouldn't be having this conversation if the quality of your work didn't impact home owners and their appliances.

One neighbor witness the entire episode. He equated the incident as traumatic. He (master electrician) watched an active wire swing back and forth as he listened to the popping sounds firing from several electrical pole caps behind our homes. Danger Will Robinson Danger. Chandler can't accept the liability or the responsibility associated with the incident.

On to safety, this incident placed the general population in harm's way. Uncontrollable Live wires swinging, sparks, and possible fires.

Shame you didn't come across so eloquent over the phone as you have with your penmanship. We think another member of the company wrote your rebuttal.

Awesome job Agility! We unfortunately had a mature palm tree with a deadly fungus that had to be removed. Agility was the company for the job and from start to finish they were PROS! Great communication, punctual and super clean. Our job wasn’t easy with it being a large palm and in a very tight spot. If you need a skilled company for a difficult tree extraction look no further. Well done Agility!!

On 1/18/26 I had contracted Agility Property Management Tree Service to service my very tall oak trees that had overgrown the roof of my 2 story home. The team lead by Chandler, was efficient, skilled, and very accommodating. All four men made my trees look fantastic, healthier and beautiful.
The entire team ensured that all the trees looked great, took away all the debris as well as using blowers to blow off the roof of the house, gutters and landscaping.

This review is associate with an incident when your line guy blew up the power lines in my neighbor. It took a while to locate the company that fried my computer. The Word is, the owner of agility property maintenance won't provide reimbursement for appliances that got fried from the power surge. As a result from cutting the power line, my computer screen went black and fried the hard drive. Guess the owner isn't that agile with customer service.

I am very satisfied with the trimming of my Large Royal Poinciana Tree in my backyard. The instructions as to what to trim were followed to the letter. Tree limbs were disposed of properly. The yard was left in great shape and all at a reasonable cost.

These guys are worth their weight in gold. Polite, on time and respectful. Chandler is so professional and I could not be happier. Next time, Ox tail with rice and jerk sauce. Lol Thank you!!!
