NOW IT'S DECEMBER 2025 and used Agility 2nd or third times to trim our coconut palm trees. The team again is great...personable and do a thorough job. Fun to watch them climb our tall trees, cut down the coconuts and always clean up. Their big truck chipper chops up the palm fronds and leaves the property beautiful. I saw a job that was being completed down the street from my house and I watched and those guys were exceptionally professional. Everything was cut cleaned up taken away and they did a fantastic job. I had the supervisor come by my house. Give me an estimate the estimate was fantastic. Couple days later they came. They cut my tree. It was a large mango tree. They did a fantastic job the guys that were working there Cut exactly what I wanted cut and they cleaned everything up and they took everything away and ground stuff up. I want to see the guys the crew the supervisor they were all fantastic and anybody who uses them will be extremely satisfied thank you very much guys.

I had two coconut trees that needed coconut removal and some pruning work. I looked at multiple tree service companies online but most of them were not very responsive and their customer service would be too off putting for me to feel comfortable moving forward. The rave reviews for this company stuck out to me, not just because of their 5 star reviews, but because the company takes the time to respond back to any reviews given. I felt this was a great sign of customer service, and I am so glad I called them because Chandler made sure everything went great from start to finish! I was put on the schedule within just a few days from the time I first contacted Chandler. His teammate Ansel came out and did an amazing and diligent job in removing the coconuts from my palm trees and trimming them with a great shape up. He left my property tidy and clean, and was very kind and professional. The whole process was quick and efficient, and the pricing was very fair. They removed difficult / huge trees, diagonally overhanging my house and diagonally intertwined w/ the service drop feeding my house, causing concern for damage and power loss during the hurricane season.

Chandler and his crew remove two large oak trees, one in front of my house, and the other in my backyard. Both trees were growing into my foundation and my driveway. Chandler and crew were very pleasant to deal with. They did all of the work, including having an arborist come out and file reports as to why the trees need to be removed.
