Cornerstone did a complete remodel of our kitchen. We were away when much of the work was done but were assured that our designer and project manager would be in constant communication with us. When we got back to our home in Herons Glen we found an island that was much too large and too close to an adjoining master bedroom door (26 inches). When we asked if this could be changed we were told "that ship has sailed." We were stuck with a kitchen that we are extremely unhappy with. This is not a WOW kitchen but instead a WHAT! result!! This was a super expensive mistake. Cornerstone ha not been responsive to our concerns.

Salesman, Wayne came right away when we called. He was very informative, listened to what we wanted and was not pushy at all. He helped us through our selections and followed the whole process through to completion. The men who came to do the work arrived on time with smiles. They were neat and careful with the appliances, flooring etc Jason and Roberto and all the others worked quickly and with great expertise. Whole kitchen refresh was done in a day and a half. Everything turned out great. We are very pleased.

Last week the Cornerstone team put into motion the plan created by designer Wayne Phillips to WOW me with my kitchen reface of my upper cabinets. I have been waiting over 10 months for a previous company to correct their mistakes made in my kitchen after hurricane Ian. I finally gave up and chose Cornerstone to take charge. This was the best decision I could have made.

It took only 8 weeks from my first meeting with Wayne until the project began. I was very fortunate to have George and Bobby doing my install. They worked long days and had to troubleshoot some challenging issues.
George’s expertise and dedication to the job gave me a kitchen to be envied. I couldn’t be any happier with the outcome.

Wayne, George, Bobby, and Chris are team members who are a great asset to Cornerstone and any customer who is lucky enough to have them assigned to their project will not be disappointed. Once again Wayne was right on helping us with our design. The workers were all respectful and cleaned up after the work. An extra was how the just took the one second to acknowledge our little dog.

We contacted Cornerstone for a quote to upgrade our kitchen. We were looking for new countertops and to have the cabinets refaced. Our salesman, Burl was very personable and listened to everything we were interested in updating. He explained the process and sent us a quote very quickly. From start to finish Burl followed our project. As an afterthought I asked Burl about adding a cabinet upper and lower with countertop to match the rest of the kitchen and provide more countertop space. We absolutely love the finished product and we’re thrilled with the staff who always arrived on time to do the job. Special shoutout to the cabinet and Countertop installers. Top notch ! We are pleased with the final results of our large primary bathroom renovation. Cornerstone remodeled our flooring, shower, tub, countertops, cabinet fronts, and more. The tile work was perfectly placed. Cornerstone team kept the job site clean and organized. Communication with project leaders was timely. We are enjoying our new space.

We are so happy with the results of our kitchen renovation with Cornerstone. It takes special people to make your vision a reality, and Cornerstone has so many people that are knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and able to deliver exactly what you dreamed. They are craftsmen with talent and great hearts.

Burl Gehris was so easy to work with and seemed to understand exactly what I wanted to do, even when I wasn't able to completely describe what I saw in my head! I can not thank Burl enough for helping me create a kitchen I've dreamed about for almost twenty years. Marc Abramson, the PM was also very helpful and managed a number of tight spots brilliantly.

Every crew that arrived at our home to work was courteous and knowledgeable about the project. Jason, and the crews he worked with was extremely knowledgeable, and I think they could have done just about anything. The plumbers, whose names I did not write down (so sorry!) did an efficient job in no time and were very kind. The fellow who did the dry wall and mudding was also very efficient and kind (I'm embarrassed to say I can't remember his name, either, but I hope he, his wife and their new little girl are all doing well!). Danny and his crew installed the cabinets with a precision I didn't think would be possible in our house, as nothing is square or plumb. Bravo, Danny! The tile installation crew was absolutely fantastic! They knew just what I wanted the area to look like and they did it perfectly! I also wanted to thank Adam for the days he spent on cabinets, making sure they were perfect. Robbie, Brandon, and the crew who finished the floor of the sink cabinet were also outstanding, and George and Eric finished up the cabinet installation with perfection. These crews went above and beyond in their ability to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Please forgive me if I've fogotten a name. I hope you know how much I appreciate all of you!

We added the renovation of the entertainment center in our living room at the very end of the project, which has turned out just as I'd hoped. Andy, the countertop manager was fantastic and able to deliver a countertop that was absolutely perfect. I can't thank Andy enough. I absolutely love these countertops!!! And I can't forget to add Nellie's name here. She helped me so many times and was always, always kind and so helpful. And Dave, too! Thank you so much, Dave!

So, to bring this long story to a close, if you are unsure of whether or not you should call Cornerstone, believe me when I say this is a very special company. They care about your project. They care about doing a good job. They are about your happiness. And they stand behind their promise to deliver what you have asked for. Wow doesn't begin to describe the feeling of working in a kitchen by Cornerstone. It is like coming home to your dream. I can't stop smiling. And I can't begin to thank them enough. Had kitchenette in guest bedroom cabinets refaced a week ago. The installers said to cancel the cleaner scheduled for the following day as they finished early and would clean up. Ha. Took me half a day to clean up all the saw dust, etc. that they left. Have painter here today to touch up all the marks on the walls - that will be another half day at least. Doors aren't adjusted properly. Really disappointed. This was a small job - three two-door cabinets. No one has even bothered to call and ask how everything went. Never again. Go somewhere else.

We had Cornerstone reface our kitchen cabinets. They did a fantastic job starting with Mark Gillespie, the contractor who gave us the quote, and the installers, Billy, Tom, and Angel. They were professional, friendly, and very thorough. We are extremely happy with the job.

I would recommend Cornerstone to anyone who is looking for new cabinets or is looking to have their cabinets refaced.

We contracted with Cornerstone a year ago in June. It took 6 months to get a permit from Lee County because there were still many homes that needed permits that were affected by Hurricane Ian. We chose Cornerstone because we used them before and were happy with their work.

We worked with designer Brad Branson and project manager Chris Cruz. They were wonderful. There was constant communication. We were thrilled with the results of our project.

Cornerstone costs more than most places but you get what you pay for. You get a call from the office each day to say who is coming that day. They guarantee their work. In a project this big, I would rather pay a little more and know that I am getting good service.

I had a wonderful experience with Cornerstone Builders. I had a kitchen and walk-in shower remodel. Sherrie was my Sales advisor gave me a complete rundown of how the company works including all prices. Prince was an incredible project manager who answered all my questions and gave me complete information as to who was coming in the house and actual times and dates they would arrive. The workmen were very professional and cleaned up when done. It was a seamless process I would highly recommend Cornerstone Builders and their incredible team.

Quality workmanship from the start, scheduling is great, communication by Prince our project lead has been amazing, and working with our sales person Duane has been the best. I would put Cornerstone at the top of any list when considering a remodel of any sort. Every worker came to do their job with pride, all codes where strictly followed and we are very happy with the results.

Our designer, Kimber, was excellent! She was great to work with in designing our kitchen. She asked great questions to understand how we need the kitchen to function, she came up with many design elements to fit our style, and she provided continued support and updates throughout the process as we were out of town.

Chris, the PM, and his build team did an amazing job in building out the kitchen exactly how we wanted while respecting our by keeping it clean and tidy.

Super super disappointed with Cornerstone.
Everything looked good in the beginning but the longevity is shit. Today the kitchen sink collapsed in. The sinks in the master have broken several times (just cheap I think) when dropping just a cosmetic into them.
The grout in the master shower started coming up a few years ago but it was only done 5 years ago…. It’s shouldn’t be all coming up after only a few years. Also the finishing on the kitchen cabinets is sloppy.
When I first started having issues I dropped by the showroom, they took my info and I spoke with someone one time and never heard back. Today when the sink fell out of the kitchen I stopped in again and got the same response, someone will call you blah blah….. DUDE MY KITCHEN SINK IS GONE. It needs to be today!
Anyway, if I could do zero stars I would, just not the great family business it’s advertised to be.

Cornerstone just completed a large re-facing remodel of my kitchen with additions to my existing layout. I could not be more happy with the results. The process from start of construction to finish was 14 working days and they did A LOT of work. Burl was my design consultant and Marc was my construction manager. Both extremely responsive when I had questions. Burl went over and above to get me the quartz that I wanted. The contractors were so friendly, especially Jason, the main cabinet guy. Their senior countertop installer must have measured my cabinets 4 or 5 times to make sure it was right. My island is very large and I was adding waterfall sides. It came out so beautiful. I plan on calling Burl after the Holidays to see about remodeling my master bathroom.
