Salesman came to the door, I thought it was another solar guy, I've told them in the past come back when you are selling windows.
I answered the door and to my surprise it was a window salesman. He introduced himself, Jaheim Brown. We spoke about my windows, he talked about the company, he walked me through the process, setup a good time and day for me to meet back with him and others to tell me more about the company and to measure my windows for my estimate.
Jaheim was the perfect salesman. Polite, professional, no pressure, funny and the most important to me is just being himself.
Remember, the person on the door is the first impression of the company. Be all things to all people at all times.

I did purchase the windows.

Met with salesman for 3 hours including sales presentation and finalizing contract. We discussed options for all windows and went over details for changes to existing configurations. However, the salesman changed a large window in our master bedroom from 2 single hung to a large slider without discussing with us. Unfortunately we did not notice the change in the contract until the installation was in progress. Upon discovery we contacted the office and discussed further with the service manager during his final inspection. He later got back to us and advised it would cost an additional $3800 to make the change. We advised him being retirees, the original cost of $72,000 (which we financed) was our limit financially and we couldn't afford any more. He advised he would get back with management and see what else he could do to help us resolve the issue. It has been weeks and we have heard nothing back from him and the county inspection has been completed and we are scheduled to complete the installation after this inspection on 12/30. Based on the unsuccessful resolution of this issue and the service manager's failure to respond after our discussion, we would not recommend this company to any potential customers.

Love the job that was done on my house! It turned out better than expected! They power washed my house, filled in all the cracks, used a primer TexCoat and then the color TexCoat! With the TexCoat I had to raise my AC up 2 to 3 degrees! It was to cold inside my house! Great job!

We went with Sunbelt to replace our original windows (2005 home) with hurricane impact windows and worked specifically with the Ft. Myers location. Purchased mid June and installed end of August (two weeks behind the original estimate, but two weeks sooner than anticipated because of a delay).

Reasons why we went with Sunbelt after considering competitors: 1) windows are actually manufactured locally, 2) the process involves building the window in a room containing Argan gas, instead of filling the window with it and plugging a hole like competitors which allows for leaks, 3) lifetime warranty on labor and material, and 4) they are HVHZ category 5 impact, so they truly can withstand CAT5 hurricane winds. Many competitors claim their windows can withstand CAT5, but unless they are the HVHZ that is not true. They also offered great financing options that allowed us to pull the trigger on this well-worth investment for the long-term of our home.

We were kept well informed throughout the process after purchase by Joe the administrator. A QC check was done by Dave before city inspection and then a last 'finishing touches' and final check afterwards by service tech Luis G. Really great group of people that were upfront about providing information, often answering my questions before I even needed to ask.

The installers were Ranl, and they did a great job of keeping the house clean and coverings over household items and floor coverings while they worked. I am so appreciative of this as I was not expecting just how involved this would be with the team inside and outside all day, but they were very mindful. I work from home with multiple pets, so they worked on my office first and started that direction of the house so that I could work in the bedroom and keep the pets contained in one place. Although some of the plants in my flowerbeds were damaged, I knew some damage would be unavoidable and everything has since bounced back.

We have solar panels that our home already has some energy efficiencies that we weren't sure what to expect with the windows. It's been a month since installation and there is a notable difference. The AC doesn't run as often, the temperatures we have the AC set for actually feel even cooler than before (78 daytime, 75 nighttime) which is a big surprise as the humidistat in the AC already does a great job keeping the house feel cooler, and the east and west facing rooms in the house (including my office) feel significantly cooler when the sun is beaming in. An added bonus is the slight tint from the Argan gas, as my office especially is very bright naturally that books and items often become faded, so the tint should help reduce that issue as well.

We intend to still use our hurricane shutters primarily, however after experiencing Ian and being so closed off during the hurricane and only hearing around us, I am thrilled we will have the option of visibility while staying safe. Or God forbid we are out of state when the next significant hurricane hits and can't get shutters up, we will rest easier knowing the house is better protected.

I had researched multiple companies and while it would've saved some time if we had just met with Sunbelt to begin with, I'm glad they were the last company we considered so as to better understand why they're the best and first choice.

Sunbelt painted the outside of our home and did an amazing job. I had cracks everywhere and they took care of all of them. My house looks new! The team that did the job were very skilled and paid attention to detail. They also give you a life time warranty! Wish I did this 10 years ago. Don't hesitate to call them and set up a consultation. I contracted with Sunbelt Home Solutions to paint my house with their product as my house had not been painted for years. I had several cracks in the mortar on the sides of the house. The crew taped all window and doors. They applied the Tex-Cote CoolWall several times to obtain the required thickness. After the Tex-Cote CoolWall product had dried, they came back and painted two coats for the color my wife picked out. The house looks great. They left the leftover paint for future touchups if needed. The crew was professional and explained the procedures. I like the Lifetime Warranty as I can pass down the house to my daughter with no worries.

We had 3 window companies come out to give us an estimate and tell us about their windows. I gotta say Sunbelt Home Solutions were the most affordable and very professional. I had a new back door installed before the rest of the exterior is worked on. The old door was installed by a box store about 10 years ago. It was terribly installed. The before pics show the result of that old installation.
Sunbelt Home Solutions installed a new hurricane rated door using all requirements for installation.
I am very happy with the three men who installed the door. They were very fast, polite, experts and got the job done in just 3 1/2 hours.They left my yard clean with no debris left behind.
They told me another man would come the next day to inspect the installation so it could be turned over to the permit inspector.
Liuiz G arrived the next day on time and spent about 1/2 hr. Inspecting the work done and then talking to me about what I can expect next. He was very helpful, nice and knowledgeable and wore booties to walk through my house.

During the month of July, a very nice salesman knocked on our door and gave me a very good presentation of Sunbelt Home Solutions windows, which led me and my husband to schedule an appointment with one of their representatives to learn more about Sunbelt windows. Daniel gave us an excellent presentation of Sunbelt high-impact hurricane windows and showed us a sample of the window and answered all our questions. In early October, Dimitri and his crew from Sunbelt Home Solutions installed 13 windows in one day. They did an excellent job installing the windows and cleaned everything before leaving. We were very impressed with their professionalism and their manner in explaining which room they would be working in. We are very happy with our Sunbelt windows, as it makes our home look more inviting, the windows will be easy to clean, there is less noise from outside and we are certain our monthly energy bill will go down. Also, today Luis from Sunbelt stopped by to insert plugs and slats on the inside of our windows and did an excellent job. We recently had Coolwall coating installed on our house. The installation crew was great. They did a clean job and went over everything to make sure they did what was included in the contract. Just had the final inspection and Dave was wonderful. He even fixed a small spot that had been missed. The company and all we had contact with were professional and helpful. We knew it was time to Paint our house but didn’ know where to start. After hearing the benefits of this CoolWall Lifetime Exterior Coating, we decided to go with it. Sunbelt does more than just paint the exterior of the home. This is a specialized coating being applied (Tex Cote). An extensive amount of preparation was required. They trenched down to the slab, repaired stucco, primed the exterior walls, facia and soffits. They painted all gutters and down spouts. All landscaping was covered. They did an excellent job of masking/tarping. I found no overspray anywhere or any "stuck" access panels. This crew of painters displayed a very high level of technical skills coupled with a polite professional manner. Eduardo answered all questions completely. He has an engaging personality. As the crew leader, he was on site every day resolving any minor issues. Javier and his assistant did an outstanding job and put in several very long days to meet the completion date. I believe you would be exceptionally pleased with Sunbelt service.

We just had the house painted with cool wall and they repaired about 100 feet of step cracking and they did a wonderful job. I am extremely happy with the way it turned out and the crew that worked on my house were extremely knowledgeable and performed their jobs with professionalism And for this I give them five stars.
