Sunbelt Home Solutions recently painted the outside of my house. I am very pleased with the work they did. My house looks beautiful. Everyone I had contact with from the Company was very professional. I I would like to thank Eduardo for his help during the actual painting of the house. He and his crew were great. Thank you for a job well done.

This is an update to the Google review that I posted about a month ago without any before & after pictures. Here are some of the excellent results of having our home Cool walled by Sunbelt Home Solutions. Eduardo & his team did an excellent job & we couldn't be happier.

I contracted with Sunbelt in late September to have my house coated and sealed. Within just a couple of days, the crew began work—removing the downspouts and any other obstacles to prepare the exterior for spraying. The entire job was completed in less than a week.
This isn’t just a paint job—this is a coating system that seals your home for improved energy efficiency, which is especially important since my home was built in 1971 and is located in Florida.
After the work was completed, Sunbelt sent out a final inspector (thanks, Dave!) to review the job. If anything doesn't meet Sunbelt’s quality standards, the crew comes back to fix it—no questions asked. That kind of attention to detail really gave me peace of mind.
One of the biggest perks: I’ll never have to paint my house again. The coating comes with a lifetime warranty—and even better, it’s transferable if I ever decide to sell my home. That adds real value, both in terms of maintenance and future resale.
I was so impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the team that I’ve already contracted Sunbelt again—this time to replace the side door of my house.

If your a fan of old school workmanship this is your spot. The owner is hands on with decades of experience and backs up his work with a generous warranty. This was my first time here and will not be my last. BTW, his pricing is much lower than the Corporate Shops.

Beautiful! My boyfriend bought our family a home there on our first tour of the gated community. If you want a villa (townhome) or don't mind close neighbors then the villas are the way to go because they're EXQUISITE! We however wanted to live in a detached so we look at the DR Horton homes. Although NOWHERE near as luxurious as the villas (built by a different builder) we truly fell in love with the house we looked at! We all are so excited to close on and move into our new DR Horton home!

Had Brandon and staff grind the surface, prime it on day one and then day two stain with color chips plus apply a finish coat. The third day a second finish coating was completed and it looks fantastic. Would I use them again--- absolutely. They arrived when they stated and completed the job on time and at the quoted price. Brandon was great!  We are new to landscaping ideas and stamped concrete and upgrading our driveway & walkway we needed good advice.
He took our ideas and added his own expertise and concept and we couldn't be happier. He worked with us in the design process, making recommendations for shape and surfacing, and then conducted the installation with an eagle-eyed attention to detail. It is evident that he demands the same level of professionalism from his crew. As an extra added bonus, he gave us an affordable price as well. Any work in the future, we won't even consider any other company. Highly recommended.

Brandon was very responsive beginning with
the initial call for warranty repair throughout the time that it took to complete work. Excellent job..Garage floor looks great! Not every company would have returned. We highly recommend Southern Concrete and Epoxy.

Highly recommend Southern Concrete. Entire garage floor coating process took 1 day. Brandon and crew have the correct equipment that makes the job clean and mess free. They didn't skimp on the the flake covering the floor. It looks great, best looking garage floor I ever had. Very competitive pricing, hire them - you won't be disappointed.

We like that they stand by their work because with all the contractors out there we wanted someone who would address any issues in the future. We haven't had any but we trust they will assist us if needed.
