Laytite installed the roof on my new home a year and a half ago so when I had damage from Irma I went to them for repairs. Had to send in a form promising $500+ just for inspection. They didn’t schedule the repair for three weeks. Called twice. Second time they took my credit card number and said they would be here Thursday at 9. Also asked me to resend the form. No show on Thursday. Called and was told the other scheduler must have rescheduled without notifying me.

Called twice for a quote to repair/ replace my tire roof. Never got a return call. They must have all the business they want already. I'm going to try to find a roofer now who roofs! I guess it's not them.

I had 3 previous quotes for my December 2019 roof replacement. After calling in Stilwell Solar, one of the top solar panel companies in the area for the solar removal/replacement quote, the owner recommended Latite Roofing as he sees many new roof replacements during his solar re-installations. He felt Latite was among the best.

The Latite representative was the ONLY roofer to recommend a higher quality granular underlayment (which would have been good for a 20-year roof even if left uncovered by tile) and a two-part adhesive for attachment to allow no screw holes in the new underlayment. My insurance covered the increased cost. It proved wise, as the basic underlayment was sub-standard to the roofing material used when the house was built in 2004.

Until Latite started many new roofs in my community after my roof was done, previous roof replacements had the basic, thin underlayment, and several had leaks in the new roof that led to mold issues and new insurance claims. I thank Stilwell Solar for this valuable recommendation of Latite Roofing.

Project took over six months, and the guys leave razor blades on the floor all over my driveway. Gone through three tires but they’re not liable for what they mess up due to contract. So if you want to spend way more money than you should for an average job, and you’re willing to go through some tires for no reason, these are the roofers for you! Next time an Irma comes I’ll do it myself, it’ll be 5 months faster and quite cheaper.

Professional, courteous and neat. I love my new roof. My dad built this house in 1990 specifically with a tile roof in mind. We began to have some leaks so I looked into just having them repaired but repairing existing leaks would not compensate for possible new leakage and the cost and warranty left me thinking that it would make more sense to re-roof than to worry about new leaks. I realized that I was probably going to have to look into shingles or metal because tile is so expensive and thinking about the house with any other roofing material made me really sad. Latite made a tile roof happen at a very reasonable price and it looks great! On a side note, the crew were very capable cat rescuers. Somehow my young indoor cat got outside, he'd been gone nearly 24 hours. One of the crew willingly went into the attic to see if he'd gone up there, nothing. I finally located him 50-60 feet stuck up in a tree, the fire department came out to assess the situation and unfortunately could not get the bucket truck where it needed to be. The crew watched my struggle with our extension ladder, they watched my granddaughter attempt to climb the tree then they came down off the roof, climbed my 35 foot ladder then shinnied the rest of the way up to retrieve the very frightened, hot and hungry kitten. MANY KUDOS and thanks to those guys who pulled together to get Spooky out of the tree. I wish I could give more stars.

Latite Roofing was recommended to me by a friend, and I am happy to say I am now a satisfied customer also. They helped me pick out my tiles. When it was time to remove the old roof, everything was very clean with no damage to my yard or landscaping. I chose to use the foam installation instead of screws and I think that made a very nice job. My new roof really improved the look of my house.

Very impressed with the repair of my 15yr old tile roof after hurricane Ian. Latite service team was quick and communicated well through the whole process. The final bill was quite a bit less than the not to exceed estimate I was given. I will be using Latite again when it’s time to replace my roof!

I bought a 5-year old home in Naples with an original roof installed by Latite that's been nothing but problems. It started when my HVAC guy came down from the attic and said he had some bad news -- three separate leaks were starting to grow. I called Latite since they had installed the original roof for the original owner and they sent out a guy who physically couldn't climb up into the attic to inspect the damage, even though that is what I said I needed. He said my problem was a lack of venting in the attic combined with gutters that didn't divert the water down the roof properly.

So this guy gives me a proposal to patch the leaks (that he didn't see from the inside without any mention of gutter work or venting, and when I asked him why, he said vents required an engineer's assessment and they don't do gutters. I said I have no desire to patch three leaks in a 5-year-old roof without fixing the underlying problem on the venting and gutter flow with a visual inspection, so then he said he'd have his supervisor out to look at it. One month later = no visits, no explanations, nothing other than promises he'd come out next week with no shows all around. Finally I had no option but to call another roofing company who's now out fixing the underlying issues. I asked Latite what's their responsibility for this failure, and all I got was crickets.

Word to the wise -- stay away from Latite for any residential roofing. They're not staffed right, they have constant turnover, their installations are bad, their repair and responsibility are nonexistent, and their customer service is incompetent. Other than that, it's all fine . . .

Latite put the TPO roof on our beautiful home less than 5 years ago and we now have leaks everywhere. The manufacturer of this special roof has a warranty but Latite will not honor it. After stringing us along for months and months, they blamed the builder and refused to do any work on the our leaking roof that was causing significant harm to our home, unless we paid them 15K up front. Their shoddy workmanship and lack of understanding on how to use this roofing product will now cost us 10's of thousands of dollars to correct using a real roofing company who actually know what they are doing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....

I live in Naples Fl and I discovered a leak on my garage ceiling. I am proactive and believe in solving things immediately. I called Latite and spoke to Karen Carlson who scheduled the appointment during the hours I requested. I wanted the leak fixed and proactively fix all roof pipes and vents. Jacob Ferretta made sure I got extensive photos before, during and after the roof was done. The roofers were on time, skilled and efficient. The roof looks good.

This man always stays in touch with you. Unless and until you're satisfied with the work that has been done enter property he just keeps coming and does everything he needs to to make you happy about the work he's doing for you. I love everything he did at the house and he even came back after storms to make sure everything was still working and looking the way it should. I trust this man and it's hard to find men that are honest and trustworthy especially when I'm trying to operate from an out-of-state perspective. And I can highly recommend this company and these individuals. They're good people

I was very impressed with Overall outdoor and Marine Service. They explained everything to me and stayed late to finish the job even though the bugs were horrendous. Another local "seawall" company was much more expensive and did not stick to the dates they committed to. OOMS did everything they said they would do. I live off the beaten path and they accommodated with no problem. Great choice from my dock and lift work.
