Very busy on Friday mornings. Everyone tripping over things in the isles. Overall I found everything I needed.

I have always had good luck using this. The guys are fairly inexpensive and do good work

Pick up orders for delivery. 50% not ready> waste of gas and alot of time this past week specially in the afternoon. Not good. Managers not visible for delivery or not enough people

Mixed bag. The gentleman in mill work was outstanding, very helpful. The man in countertops was in a word,,, awful. Ok teo words horrible!! He was flippant and dismissive. Our presence seemed to bother him. If I didn't like home depot I wouldn't come back, but if this continues I won't.

DO NOT recommend this company. Unprofessional. Was told they would have a truck out the day I needed. They came up with every excuse possible rather than just sending someone out.

In quote pressure washing is 375 an hour with a 2 hour minimum and in the other quote i paid for its billed at 475 an hour for the same thing. These discrepancies make this look very shady and inconsistent. I also want to point out I was NOT on site, NOR was I even told when you would be there to do the cleaning. So i have no clue as to when your employees showed up or left. Typically this wouldn’t be an issue, however when i was quoted for 1 hr or pressure washing it takes 3 times as long as the estimate and the bill is $2000, DOUBLE than estimated $1000 it becomes a bigger issue. Especially when you are wanting to set up a new regular maintenance program with someone. i understand things take longer and don't go as planned, however a simple phone call saying "hey i'm sorry but this is taking longer than expected" would have made me a little more understanding , rather than calling me the next day and saying the bill is double. sounds like a bad estimate to me. as much as i appreciate the 300 bucks you gave me "discounted" after i brought this up, unfortunately At this time I will not be setting up a maintenance plan. Thank you

Great company, from new septic system installs to speedy pump outs, first class all the way. Polite phone staff and drivers.

Frank and his crew we're great. I called because my breaker box was not working and I had no power! They came that day and fixed it. The price was very fair and if I have any. problems they will come back and fix it for free. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician.

If I could give them a zero I would. 4 hours late for first appointment. Couldn't figure out a simple light fixture. Took 3 hours to do a 30 minute job, and didnt do it right. Told me I needed to change the light sockets because they were "European" and wouldn't fit U.S. light bulbs. I prepaid to get that change done and he broke 4 appointments over the next two weeks. I finally rewired it myself so the switch would work, figured out the light sockets were not in need of a change, just needed a little adjustment. He owes me money! Asked him to refund me and never heard from him again! Stay away from this guy. He's a fraud and scam artist!

This company clearly has or hires employees with poor moral and ethical standards. A man driving this company’s vehicle has extreme road rage. He tailgated me, leaving just inches between my rear bumper and the front of his vehicle. I had 2 toddlers in my vehicle and he could have severely injured or killed all of us. Not somebody I would hire or want working for me

We were totally pleased with Titan! Just had a few small jobs to do at a rental property in St. Augustine, and they met or exceeded every expectation. Erika was communicative about the repairs in advance and the serviceman was friendly and on time. We had an early morning appointment and he checked in advance if he could arrive early, which we appreciated. I will be using Titan for any future needs and highly recommend them.

We will definitely be using Titan Contracting again for future projects. The work they did for our client was superb. Erin made sure everything was done on time and updated us every step of the way. Remodels can be such a stressful experience and she made it a pleasant one. Highly recommend.
