When I called today its like I agitated the front desk .They weren't eager to do business nor take my order over phone and give me price.Maybe they already have enough business.Front desk today was horrible and I don't have patience for that service.world electric took care of me no problem and don't plan to return as I can't waste time

I went in frustrated as this was my 4th stop while looking for an apparently hard to find breaker. They were friendly, explained why they breaker was so scarce and found one in-stock for me. I left happy and relieved.

I went to the fort meyers east branch this morning after calling yesterday so my material would be ready we’ll it was not they had to pull it from the shelf that was only issue number one then I had a third party sale which is uncommon for sure but doesn’t warrant a bad attitude from the desk help after these first two issues I scan my material in the parking lot mind you I noticed two issues one was I asked for liquidtight connectors and got carflex connectors so I walked back in thinking easy enough I’ll just swap them out I was then informed they don’t carry metal liquidtight fittings not the biggest or worst thing ever happens in my life but when I asked to return them and remember I never left their parking lot they charged me a fifteen percent restock fee and that’s not all after dealing with that irritation I returned to the truck to find out they didn’t give me any of the lock washers nor bolts I requested which luckily was not on the invoice so I escaped dealing with the truculent help for a third time I would not recommend this place unless you’re a regular customer as they seemed to be treated much better than me and my crew

Asked for 200' of wire and was told the best they could do was 50' of random cut-up chunks 3'-4' each. Ignorant and unprofessional. Never giving them my money again

I called in to city electric on Metro Parkway to get a quote for a large house of outlets and switches. Peter Schroeder could not have been nicer, he took all the information and had me a quote within an hour. My husband and I could not have been happier with the service that we received from Peter which is why we ultimately bought everything we needed from his location. We highly recommend city electric and Peter!

I had a great experience here purchasing parts to install a transfer switch for my generator. They were the only place in town that had what I needed. Plus, the staff was very professional, kind, and helpful. Highly recommend!

It's hard to give a perfect five start rating because it's hit or miss with these guys. Sometimes they are friendly and awesome, but then sometimes you wait a long period of time just for service and a little bit of agitation once served upon. We'll see what the future brings. Idk.

The customer service at the Fort Myers store is great every time I go. The staff is always eye knowledgeable and available for assistance when I stop in

From the moment I stepped into this store, the customer service was poor. The sales representatives seemed uninterested and disengaged, as if they disliked their jobs.

Interacting with the sales staff was unproductive—they appeared either unknowledgeable about their inventory or unwilling to answer questions.

When I spoke with the manager, the experience did not improve. He was also unhelpful and stated that I should already know exactly what to order “in the real world,” rather than explaining my project and being guided toward the correct product.

Corporate should seriously consider investing in proper training or reorganizing this location.

I would not recommend or return to this store.

I just want to thank Peter and his team for coming through once again. I was in a bind trying to locate a breaker that I couldn’t find anywhere, and they treated it like it was their personal mission to help me. The breaker was located and shipped promptly.

These guys are always courteous, professional, and willing to help no matter the situation. As a contractor I greatly appreciate this kind of efforts I’ll continue to work with them for all my electrical needs. I highly recommend them!
