So much better than other supply houses. I love graybar. Kraig is a true renaissance man. Jeremy is my hero.

I don’t understand how this place gets 5 1/2 stars. This GB absolutely sucks. The staff is jaded and rude and half the time they don’t have the things you need anyway. Go to CED, there way more professional than these clowns.

Wonderful service and very prompt. I called and spoke with Manford who found exactly the telephone I was looking for. He arranged for the item to be sent from Fresno so I could pick it up in Concord. It was there the next day as promised. I called the store to check and was told it had arrived and I picked it up at the desk. The people at the Concord store were very polite. I highly recommend this company, and was especially impressed by the high level of service given me by Manford.

Asked for 250 MCM Aluminum, clerk told me (with a surly tone) "I've never heard of that in my life". OK, no problem. I'll never bother shopping here again

Update: Ordered from Naples Graybar 400' of wire, was assured that it was coming from Tampa and would arrive at Fort Myers Graybar by the next morning. Called in and was told "We don't know where your wire was" by a clerk who was extremely eager to end the phone call as quickly as possible and would not give his name. I had to ask them five separate times how I would be able to know if the wire had arrived - would I need to call into the Fort Myers location, or would I receive a phone call from either location? "We don't know! We don't know! Good day!" click. Fine, no problem. The next time you guys cost me thousands of dollars, I'll figure out who your district manager is and speak to them directly. We'll figure out a solution to this very quickly.

Went here to get 75ft of 6/4 SO cord
And payed for 75ft. After returning to the job almost and hr away come to find out the cut only 50Ft so I drive back to get the correct length. They doubted what I said and measured again seeing it was short 25ft. They gave to correct length after that. I said we have to do something for the inconvenience of negligence of the counter help. And for me having to drive 50 mins there and back than again there and back. So do the math
They said a $50 dollar credit to my card would be put back on my card.
Than I received an email saying they don’t do credits and no accommodation would be made on their behalf. This is not right. 5.00 a ft times 25ft is $125 that they tried to get me for.

I had a friend pick up a GFI breaker and it wouldn't work for what we needed. I Tried to return it with the receipt and they refused. It was a $144.00 breaker. Byron had zero Customer service skills and his manager had even less. Beware trying to return anything there.

Have all you need if they had more than one person at the counter.. 6 of us standing here while the counter lady speaks Spanish to 3 guys that look like they are designing the job with her.. just here to pick up.. do better guys
