I hired Randy Lossa to do a complete wiring job on new home construction. 1900 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bath home, no garage. He quoted me $7500 to wire, install panel, all interior and exterior lighting with 6 ceiling fans. 13 months later and 3 different employees it’s done. But I the homeowner installed all lights, fans, range hood myself to get job done faster and so quality was to my standard. I am a perfectionist and expect that when hiring anyone for anything. Collier County failed the inspection from work they performed, noting it was shoddy workmanship. County made them put in correct weatherproof outdoor gfi receptacles and proper ul listed plate for air handler. When completed final inspection January 26th 2021 Randy started asking for balance due which was $2500. I then told him I deserve at least $1000 for installing all lights, fans, range hood and assisting his employees with tools, ladders and my time. His response was “Ill give you $500 off and if you don’t accept that I will put a lien on your home for entire amount!” His invoice had last years date and showed he did all work I did. I asked him to change it before final payment, I waited 5 days and asked him again. He then said “Talk to your wife”. He went behind my back and contacted her for the money and she paid it. Don’t trust him, shoddy workmanship and takes way to long, then threatens to lien your home. I will be filing suit against him for money he owes me!

Phoenix electric is always on time and has affordable pricing. My wife and i are happy with the service. We went through several electricians and they were the only one that actually did what they said they will. Randy the owner was always on top of things through the whole process of our whole house remodel. I highly recommend this company.

Started working with Tropical Generator in 2004 for Hurricane Charley. Also 2017 and Irma. I have had them do two generators for me, one in Naples and one in Marco Island and both have worked well. Their installers are really great and they responded 24 hours during Ian and Irma, Milton and even going back to Charley in 2004. Give Greg a call, you will like the company.

After being dissatisfied with the company servicing my Kohler generator, I switched to Tropical Generator. Happy to say TG is a pleasure to deal with & very knowledgeable. The local gas company had accidently severed the ethernet conduit, & my generator lost touch with Kohler app. I spoke with the owner Greg at TG about this repair, and they sent their crack technician out the next day. I watched as he went thorough a checklist of items needed for the full fix, along with doing the bi-annual servicing. There is a lot to do for this full service, and it cannot be left to an inexperienced technician. TGI knows their stuff, and as a homeowner who pays great attention to every detail of all my home technology, I strongly recommend Tropical Generator.

Chris at Hidden Technology is the best. I've had them do a lot of things such as hang ceiling fans, install tv's, install outlets and many other things over the years. Chris is my go to guy for any electrical items that I have on my to do list. My wife loves the fact that he is very neat, clean and organized.
