Luis did a phenomenal job. He was very descriptive and what he was doing and very diligent on fixing the problem we were dealing with Here. He identified multiple issues that the original electrical company had done wrong with their installation work. We are actually super excited to see the overall results with this now. I am hoping that we don’t have to deal with any further issues and thanks to Luis We can rest easily.

Had Glenn and Jr at my house fixing a few issues, they even went as far as tracking down and figuring out something else for us that another company installed and did incorrectly for us after bringing it to our attention. They also built this little “shelter” so they didnt spray dust all over my home when they were moving my floor outlet. Its not to often you have guys who care like this in todays age. STRONGLY recommend this company to anyone who needs electrical service. I dont know what happened to all these other people with negative reviews but i live this company

Excellent experience with Division 16 Electric. I want to specifically recognize Jacob, Glenn, and David for their professionalism and outstanding customer service. it was an extremely large job they were approaching, and they pulled together the assessment of the Property by their intellect, knowledge and professionalism.

The initial assessment and quote Was done by another gentleman.

However, Jacob, Glenn and David wereextremely thorough—taking photos, documenting their work, and clearly explaining everything so that any electrician could easily step in and complete the job if needed. They were honest, collaborative, and set realistic expectations throughout the process.

What really stood out was their level of customer service, which I honestly haven’t seen much of since before 2020. They were respectful, articulate, highly knowledgeable, kind to our dog, and very flexible when the man of the house was not home during a major portion of the work. They truly went above and beyond.

Because of Jacob, Glenn, and David, we will absolutely continue using Division 16 Electric and highly recommend them to finish! Thank you, Lara

Always have what I need

I've done a good amount of deliveries, but this place stood out for how nice and helpful everyone was from the very beginning!

From the front of the store to the to the back of the warehouse everyone seemed to be in a good mood and greeted/directed me to the right areas I needed to be in.

Dave immediately helped my van get loaded and showed me how they organized the boxes. Then, (I hope I get her name right) Camila was very helpful by writing the numbers on the boxes to make sure they were all grouped together which was a HUGE help, so thank you and sorry if I got your name wrong!

Overall a very solid team with welcoming vibes which you don't really see early in the morning haha

You driver today was making a delivery before 10:00am on 13st. in cape coral. He was totally blocking a curve that on around my house. Car came he directs the car to drive on the whole corner of my lawn on my grass the whole car would of been in my yard and driving over my sprinkler system. I came out telling her to stop he going to have you wreck your car she said she was sorry I shouldn't of done that I told her backup before he wrecks your car back in my drive make him move. I asked your driver why he was telling her to drive on my lawn he no I wasnt. Lady looks at me tells me yes he was. I said do it anymore I'm calling police. And I have cameras you can see. I told your driver it is illegal to drive on people's yard and park and block a curve. You need to drive down the street turn around a park out of the curve get out of people way now few more cars and they started turn around. He gets out tells her she can make it tries directing her. She started driving sqeezing her around starting too drive on my rock. Then he decided she didnt fix he tells her she has to back up. She ended up backing up again to get out of his way. Extremely bad driver! Making her possibly wreck her car break sprinklers and responsible for damage, but since he directed her ur driver would have paid for both. I would of told police that. Why hire people who dont know traffic laws to drive large vehicles
I come out told the drive too stop he doesn't have the right to direct you over my lawn he said I wasn't. Oh yes he was he was on camera. Then tried to direct lady around curve when she stated dragging on my rocks he decide it won't fit she had to back up around truck and get out of his way. He drives down street turns around parks on the other side of the curve. Well he's not the sharpest knife in the drawer. He had that women so upset shame on you all. This business needs to make sure their drivers know traffic laws before driving one of their trucks. And if a truck driver gets in your way make them move so any damage is on them not you. Be responsible for your employees actions do better. I drove and trained CDL drivers he would be failed. Driving a billboard and cameras everywhere think. Star doesn't change i give a no star

The Ring doorbell camera on my vacation condo became inoperative. I needed it fixed before we left for our home up north. Eddie was very responsive and helpful, and fixed the problem for us. The timeliness and quality of service was extremely appreciated.
