Chad was great! Since we have to work through our home warranty company I expected him to come in and just briefly look at things, but he instead took his time helping us as he could today. He got our bathroom electric working again, looked in every possible socket, outlet, and spot to try and get the upstairs room working. He is helping fill out the form for the warranty company to cover our panel getting moved. The last electrician we brought out was disinterested in helping us because it was hard work and basically said to ignore a safety and code hazard. Thanks so Chad we should be getting this solved swiftly and painlessly

I had Cypress install my TV in my lenai and we couldn’t be any happier. It looks amazing and the customer service was awesome!

This people are very unprofessional. Let me explain. I spoke to Isaak last week to mount three TVs. He said he will do it for $375 then I ask him will you unmount as well then he said I’ll add $100. I’m like okay. Then he went to the house on Friday and unmount only the tvs. I was at work but my sister was there. So he asked my sister for half of the money for only unmount the TVs. Then my sister gave him $230 cash. He gave no receipt . So my sister called me while I was at work and I’m like why would you give him cash and why would you give half of the money and he only unmount the TVs. Then I told my sister did you call him. She said yes I did and he never called back and not even tell my sister when his coming back to mount the TVs. This is stealing. So today I had to call him 10 times before he picked up. When he picked up I told him, look I don’t want your service and I want the rest of my money back and plus I’m going to the business office. And guess what he said good luck going there. I went there the address sent me to an apartment right across the social security administration of shoe maker. This people do not have a business office. And since he said he will not give me my money back I hope someone do them worst then they did me. What you do to someone, someone will do you worst and make you pay for it tomorrow. Good luck. I will never recommend this people. They are suck, very unprofessional.

Nathan and Kyle mounted 3 TVs on the wall for me.....but I was having an issue with the cable and they were very knowledgable suggesting solutions to my problem. I would use them again without question if I have need of their services and would recommend to friends and family.

Why doesn't anyone ever answer the phone? I've called at least four or five times just within the past 2 weeks and still no response.
