I have tried to call this company on numerous occasions and numerous times. No answer, so there’s a start.. if I was a potential client I am not one anymore… the reason for my calls is their drivers are insane! Yesterday came across a backbay employee in a COMPANY truck cutting through a CONSTRUCTION ZONE!! In a SCHOOL ZONE! Because he couldn’t wait for the 4 cars infront of him to go… Man almost caused 2 accidents, erratic driving and even got out of the car with road rage, went up to cars and threatened them… left the car in DRIVE so it was still moving when he got out of the car to threaten the cars behind him that were trying to move around him. He almost caused me and my NEWBORN to crash… man lives 100 ft from a middle school and this is how you act??? In a company van??? You could’ve killed a student and caused multiple accidents and let’s be clear if he would’ve approached me the way he did the other truck when he got out it -wouldn’t have ended well for him as I have a duty to PROTECT me and my child, do with that what you will. Driver lives off NE 16th terr Cape Coral.. next to diplomat middle. If yall answered the phones I wouldn’t have to write this. But I will be calling the cops next time…. I’m sure you wouldn’t want your driver crashing and hurting someone in a company vehicle only to get sued and lose your business depending on the incident.. do better. & answer the damn phones!!!!

The best of the best. I can’t express the quality of care and professionalism I received from the owner to the employees to the office staff. They may take time to get things done but it’s perfect when it done. I can’t express my gratitude for the work they have completed for me. Well worth the referral.

Stay away. Will give you an estimate for one price then charge you 40-50% more in the middle of the job and never return your calls. Avoid.

Division 16 was supposed to come out to complete some warranty work for my Lennar home. The woman from Division 16 that set up my appointment said a supervisor would come out between 2 an 4 PM. They were supposed to call before they got here and did not. They sent an electrician that spoke no English to my house to fix a slightly complicated electric problem. The electrician handed me the phone to talk to another guy to interpret, and I said no and called the office. The same person that set up the appointment told me the supervisor was unavailable that day and going on vacation next week. It sounds like he started vacation early and left us hanging with a non English speaking electrician. The woman at the office was unapologetic and rude. I do not even know if the guy they sent out has an electrician license. Potential customers beware.

They are incompetent and had no idea what they were doing. Ruined the motor on an out of the box, brand new $400 fan.
After 6 1/2 hours, we told him to leave. He was beating on our fan with tools and hitting it with his hands very hard.
Save your time, money and sanity by not utilizing this company. Now we find out they weren’t even qualified to install on the job they accepted.

Had my chandelier in my entry installed. They were quick, clean, polite and efficient . Would use them again.

They are combative and threatening when you question their expertise.
National standards are to put your refrigerator on a dedicated line, they do NOT follow that practice in the Wellen Park area.
When I complained to my warranty dept and builder(NEIL) to fix it , their fix was
To run the dedicated line but leave the remaining HOT wire in my walls and leave it in a box, HOT. This is also NOT an acceptable practice. Same thing with many residents of this particular community in Wellen Park.
I would not recommend them, ever.

I had some warranty work done by Carlos Lopez and he did a great job - very timely and professional. A true expert in his field. I highly recommend Division 16 LLC.

They were a no-show for my warranty service, which I had a breaker out affecting power and WiFi. I had to called multiple times and finally got a call back the next morning. They didn’t mention why they didn’t show or an apology and told me that they were very for today. After I complained he said I should be receiving a call from a tech today without any timeframe scheduled. Hopefully they will show this time.
