Reliable Power replaced and maintains my whole house generator. Previously, I worked with a company that was not reliable. Reliable Power is very dependable, and I no longer experience power outages with a generator that doesn't work! Great job guys.

Just started service with them and am very happy. Technician came out and was very friendly and fast, dealing with them on the phone has been very easy. Great customer service, I am very happy I called them to service and monitor our generator! Edit: I’ve had them out two more times and they are absolutely the best. They get right out and are super friendly. I can’t say enough good things about this company and their tech William who always helps us. They are excellent!!

I called in and set up an appointment to get my portable generator to stay running. The appointment was confirmed between 8am 4pm. I waited all day no show no call and that sucks not so reliable beware 🤬👎👎👎

I have Used Reliable for over two years now. They have been perfect. I wish I had found them before. This is my second house with a generator. Only use Reliable over the other companys in Coral Springs, Parkland area. They are better by a mile.

PM's performed on our Genrac generator. Landon was on time extremely polite and professional. The amount of money we paid was for a battery ($228) which seemed very high to us. Services performed by Landon were great.

The staff of Reliable Power Systems were absolutely amazing installing our generator! They each were hardworking outstanding craftsmen who paid attention to every detail and missed absolutely nothing! I would recommend others to consider none other than Reliable.

Why can’t I give 10 stars? Nestor is an outstanding technician working at Reliable! We had our annual generator checkup, and he arrived when promised and was very professional, and polite. He was extremely knowledgeable and completed what needed to be done. How can I request Nestor for my next checkup or repair, if needed?

Firstly, I want to say that the technician, David Cole, was excellent. He gets 5 stars. As for Reliable, they should call themselves Unreliable. Every time I have an appointment, it invariably gets cancelled, and that's after spending the whole day waiting for the technician, as Reliable only gives you the ridiculous window of 8-4. Of course, they cancelled my Tuesday appointment, yesterday, at about 3:45, telling me they have to reschedule. This is after waiting around all day. We rescheduled the appointment for today, Wednesday, from 8-4. I did get a call from the office around 10:30 telling me the technician will be by between 1 and 3. Again, I get a call close to 4 telling me that we're going to have to reschedule again. I was livid. I told the office do NOT reschedule me, as I'm going to go with another company, I'm not doing this again, and I hung up. I got a call later on that they had a tech that could make it to me between 5 and 6 or we could reschedule for another day. I told him I don't care what time he comes, as long as he comes today. David Cole showed up a little after 6 and did the necessary repair. He was excellent. This company, not at all.

I have never dealt with a more incompetent company all around. They are good at taking payment - nothing else. I had my generator installed early last year and to get the job finished I literally had to go all the way back to the salesman to get someone to respond to me. They were supposed to do a first year visit - they never came. Now I have to chase after them... again. Find someone else if you need a generator!

The 3 gentleman, Miguel Rodriguez, Alejandro Auila and Leonexy Oliva were very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable installing our Generac. They definitely are a 5 star team. I would highly recommend them.

Everything went very well. Ryan did a great job setting it all up for the day. The workers were excellent!!! They were polite and they also did an excellent job . They never stopped working until the job was done. I am so pleased .i am now waiting for the installation of the propane tanks once the inspectors have been here.

I am very pleased to write a review of the work and service provided by the crew today from Reliable Power Systems. I am EXTREMELY pleased with every aspect of today’s installation. The crew was on time, personable, knowledgeable, efficient and professional in every respect. I enjoyed watching the progress throughout the day. I asked several questions as the crew worked. They seemingly weren’t bothered by my curiosity and took plenty of time to answer my inquiries. Each technician worked diligently and without haste to insure a perfectly professional result. I’m CERTAIN that I chose the right company to install my new whole house emergency generator system and would without a doubt highly recommend this company for your electrical needs.

On 12/15, a Technician from this company performed an annual maintenance on our home generator. Yesterday, while doing yard work, I found the technician's garbage left at my generator, as shown in the attached photos. Mistakes happen, and I called Reliable yesterday. 12/22 and asked to speak to someone in service. When I asked for a person in service, I was asked for my reason for calling. I said I was a customer dissatisfied with the work I did and wanted to address this with someone managing the service. I was placed on hold and, minutes later, advised that the manager was busy and would need to call me back. Unfortunately, I did not receive a return call. Today I called again at 1:30 pm EST and was placed on hold when I asked for service. I was informed again that the manager was busy and would need to call me back. Well - Manager - this is why I was calling... See photos. I will look for another Generac-approved service company for future maintenance. Perhaps by not having me as a customer will free up some time for the Busy-Manager.

Landon was an amazing young man very polite with a great sense of humor and very knowledge. Asked us if we had any questions he could answer for us and we did. We were more than satisfied with his service. You are very lucky to have a young man his age that knows what he is doing and comes with a smile on his face to your home. He came to service our generator for its 6 month checkup. He installed a new battery for us as well.

These men were absolutely amazing. Very clean workers and knowledgeable!! 💯 will recommend them to everyone. Thankyou reliable generators !!

I was asked by company of how things were so far- my response: SUPERB!!!! and: Well- we are not done yet- but the 2 visits and the team that came are outstanding! it took a while to get permits (but that is SANIBEL- and Reliable kept us posted.) The first visit was the prelim set up, the 2nd with Alejandro was the burying of the big ol' propane tank. We are awaiting the 3rd visit w LCEC to hook up power to all. BOTH visits were exceptional so far!! The 1st visit Justin explained EVERYTHING, marked things out,- the team was extremely nice, considerate of our yard and time and friendly! Ditto on burying the propane tank- that was a bigger deal with the deep hole and they were SO neat and respectful and friendly and it was a delight to watch! So EVERY single person we have come in contact so far- from the sales man to the lady on the phone has explained ALL things extremely well, are efficient, ON TIME, clear in all to be done! ALL of the work has been amazing so far AS are the workers!! Unbelievable efficiently and perfection of how the workers do work together and get things done so very well. Carried off the extra sand, left ALL NEAT, dis not disrupt landscaping at all!. We have one last visit (LCEC) to hook up power. AND the price for all of this was far below others we tried to contact who were absurd in pricing. Looking forward to getting this finished but so far all of the team had been superior! :-)

I can’t begin to say how efficient, cordial, quick, and informative the gentlemen were today!
They worked like well oiled machines and periodically stopped to explain things to me are are beyond my level of comfort.
They we’re absolutely terrific!
