I was without water due to electrical issue from Hurricane Ian. Tried several other companies, but this was the only professional response I received. They arrived earlier than latest time quoted, were competent, efficient and friendly. I have total confidence the job was done right. They even identified a dangerous situation I was unaware of and eliminated the hazard. Very satisfied. I will use them again!

When booking with Berkshire Bay Contractors, we had hoped that we would be left with a quality lanai structure that we would come to enjoy for many years. Unfortunately, that is NOT the case.

As seen in some of the picture below, there are bolts in random places with neither consistency in location or quantity, random holes on the sides of the aluminum, jagged unfinished aluminum edges, gaps in the aluminum in both interior and exterior, incorrectly stretched and trimmed screening, gashes on the aluminum and caps made from scrap pieces of aluminum.

Save your time and money and choose any other company for your home projects if you are looking for quality work because quality is the LAST thing you will get with Berkshire Bay Contractors. Working with Edward (the owner of the company) was great to work with at first, but once he got our deposit, he only cared that the work was done "to code", which is all he had stated when doing the final walk-through with us. And not to our surprise, our initial city inspection FAILED.

Looking at all their other reviews, I question that these are customer reviews or if they are from their friends/family.

Have used Birkshire Bay many times, the last time was to install a pool heater. They ran the wire and connected with no issues. Prompt and courtious employees. Explained what they would do and went over everything with me before they finished. Best employees and resonabloe pricing.

We hired Ed and his employees to rewire our restaurant, do all the duct work in the ceiling, replace the lighting and tile ceilings. They were very professional, caring, efficient with time management, always showed up on time and did beautiful work. We loved them so much we hired them to do some repairs around the house and they did exactly what we asked with some creative thinking. We would DEFINITELY use them again!

Ed and his team came out and looked at what we needed done and we had an estimate of the cost in 24hours. We scheduled the appointment and Ed and team showed up on time completed the job just as promised. We are very happy with the results and have already referred Berkshire to our friends.

My parents had an emergency at their home for plumbing and I reached out to Berkshire Bay Contractors, and they were able to get a couple guys out there to address the situation very quickly, once realizing that it was a severe situation they explained everything and were able to get it done in a incredibly timely fashion, and an incredibly reasonable price!! Highly recommend! Edward does top notch work, and Kiley is so great to work with at the office for any questions/needs. They do great work and really know their stuff. Edward, Kiley and Jorge were an awesome team at Berkshire Bay Contractors/Floridan Screen Pros! They recently built a custom screen and patio to go with my new Outdoor Kitchen. They coordinated every detail and worked with another company that installed a rock fountain for a unique feature. William and Igor retrofitted three bathroom fans for us and did an outstanding job. We ran into problems with a defective fan and they were able to help us resolve the issue seamlessly. We had great service with Berkshire Bay. We were doing home repairs and drilled through an electrical wire, Bennett came out late in the day 4/23 and did a temporary repair so we could have electricity then William came out on 4/24 for permanent repair, he also was excellent. Reasonable prices and prompt service. Thank you!!
