These guys are super hard workers! They updated my 1960s outdated electrical panel, powered my new swimming pool and installed ceiling fans. This was NOT easy in such a tiny attic, old house!

Starlite was great from start to finish. Changed out an entire electrical box for me. Great price, great service. The techs worked late to make sure I had power again. Will refer and call in the future.

Gross negligence, unresponsive, unreliable. Our breakers can’t handle having the overhead light, a fan and a vacuum. Our Reverse Osmosis system has gone down because of our Christmas lights and my father has a lung transplant and requires the system to work. They refuse to reply to our calls, texts, emails. We have given them a chance to fix their work time and time again without avail.

Very happy with Starlite. They were on time (early) and did a good job running a new line in the breaker box. Guillermo was nice and professional. He even cleaned up, which I find rare with a lot of trades.

Starlite Electric LLC was contracted for the following on our whole home gut and renovation; complete to code electrical rewiring, wifi extension, wireless sound system, whole home generator installation and security pre-wiring, wiring of new pool equipment. It appears shortcuts were taken as numerous circuits in the home with minimal use, overload and frequently pop the circuit breaker. In addition, our whole house generator installed by Starlite Electric has an open permit with Collier County for greater than two years and has failed multiple inspections. Multiple outside low voltage outlets continue to be non-functional. The wiring to our brand new pool equipment was incorrectly completed causing high heat and arc welding of the wiring itself and near fire to the home and destruction of pool equipment. We paid in full assuming this work by Starlite Electric would be completed to the contract agreement. Despite multiple weekly calls to reach either owner, Andrew Schmeider or Steve Kennedy and leaving messages with the staff, we have not received communication, updates on status nor completion of our project, including zero response from Starlite to our attorney. We desire that no one else be in danger nor out of money for work done incorrectly or not completed. This has forced us to hire other electric contractors to correct the work including correctly wiring to turn the heat on in our home. To update 7/2023 we have terminated Starlite, transferred the permit and have recently discovered that our home does not have the required grounding rods at the electric meter which is a major fire hazard. The above photo of the charred pool equipment does not show the burn marks on the inside of the electrical box. We are fortunate our home did not catch fire.

Quick response time. The guy who mucked out our pool we there today, noticed the pump he was installing didn’t have electric. He saw a Starlite truck drive by. I called them, and they made an extra stop off to connect the pump and the pool light! Recommended

Hired them for a change of occupancy electrical inspection. This involves them doing the inspection, telling me what(if any) work needs to be done, then picking up the permit feom the city. I agreed to their price of 300, and they came out and said I needed a few things done. I agreed....and crickets. They never called back, I called multiple times with no return calls. (Attached call log) ended up having to hire another company to do the work and pick up the permit do to their non-response. They then sent me the bill for 300 even though they never did the important part, picking up the permit!
Owner then lies saying they tried to reach me several times (call logs prove otherwise) and threatens me with collections! Ha

I called several times and asked them to come and inspect the electrical panel for the pool equipment since they installed everything. None of my pool equipment were working.They took my information and stated they will call me right back and I never received call back. I called again couple days after, again spoke to secretary and she again said that she will forward information to repair team and someone will call me back. No call back from anyone within company. A couple days after I called, no one picked up the phone and I left the voice message hoping someone will call back. So I did that twice, they had two voice messages. Well, no one ever called back so I hired another company.
They are so unprofessional.
