Yendri provided excellent customer service. He was very thorough. Went through the whole house to figure out what was going on or what plugs needed to be replaced. Love their pricing structure. It’s easy to understand. Highly recommend them.

I recently hired Coup Electric to install additional outlets and lighting in my home, and the entire experience from scheduling to installation to follow-up was outstanding. They even went the extra mile by sending me a $5 Dunkin’ Donuts gift card. Now that’s what I call great customer service! I’m seriously considering borrowing that idea for my own business. Received quick response from leaving message on Friday after hours and phone call 9am Monday! Jostin was at home within an hour, found issue right away and problem was fixed! Very pleasant personality! Would recommend for services.

I scheduled an appointment online and Hannah called me within 10 minutes to let me know that the appointment wasn’t available. Because I was on a tight timeline their next available wouldn’t work for me but she put a note just incase availability opened up. Less than An hour later she calls and lets me know they could be there in an hour. Yendri fixed the issue and let me know some other safety concerns they had. They fixed outlets that hadn’t worked since I purchased my house 5 years ago. I appreciate their communication, willingness to problem solve, urgency, and trust worthiness. Most of all that they considered and valued my time.

These guys are the best! I needed a Tesla charger installed and from first phone call to installation was 3 days. Ended up getting a whole home surge protector as well. Outstanding work and very fair price!

2 weeks ago we had Benny install a new light in our utility room, a whole house surge protector and a new outlet. At that time he gave us exceptional service so we requested him again to install our under cabinet lighting. He arrived this morning with an apprentice Lucas both of them were very pleasant and efficient. We are so happy with Coup Electric and Benny, we will be adding upper cabinet lighting next spring. Benny and Lucas are a great asset for Coup Electric.

Jostin was our technician, he was great, polite, professional and knowledgeable. I had 4 ceiling lights, and a dimmer switch installed, and Im very pleased with them, jostin and his partner, did their work and cleaned up after themselves, and I couldn't even tell they drilled holes in the ceiling! Wanted to get a few Google camera/flood combo lights installed, heard from a friend these guys were really good. Called and they made appt guy was right on time (Yendri) very professional, I told him what I wanted to do, he gave the scope of the project with a detailed quote and proceeded.
