The crew at Mr.Mike electric are very nice and professional… I use them all the time because I like there professionalism and there prices are affordable and reasonable….

When I first called the company, they said that there was no service charge and that there would be a 200 dollar diagnostic fee. This would lead the customer to believe that they would only charge a one time 200 diagnostic fee as they said plus repairs. However this was not the case, 2 people were sent to the home who seemed to be inexperienced and then I was informed when it was TOO late that the fee was 200 an hour NOT a one time fee. Then, they began to trouble shoot the wrong area and pretended to look around, extending the ideal time on purpose to charge more for their time. By the time they were done, the bill was up to 600 dollars just for a diagnostic fee and all they changed was a couple outlets that would’ve cost me 10 dollars. To me, this is incredibly outrageous as they stole my money for something extremely simple and easily detectable. This company needs to work on their honesty from the start, I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied.
