My husband and I cannot say enough positive things about this company. We used them to replace our electrical panel which was smoking. Kyle came out right away to examine the damage and sent two workers who worked many hours to replace the panel on the same day. They worked until almost midnight as they had to wait on FPl to arrive. I have never seen such diligent workers. They deserve a raise!

These guys are top notch. First time we had Matt, and we were so pleased we requested him for a second job, this time with Justin. They are professional, knowledgeable, reasonable with price and so efficient. They don't "milk" the clock to charge you more, which is much appreciated. Customer service was super. Seamless from initial consultation to calls from the company (next day) to let us know status (permit/electric company coordination done) as well as a call day prior to installation to confirm start time. Technicians were on-time, professional and kept our area clean. We would definitely use this company again for all electrical needs.

I definitely recommend this company. We recently had a new ceiling fan, outdoor flood light, outdoor receptacle, and new wall switch installed by them.. They also installed a GFI breaker switch for the outdoor items. All was done in a professional manner and on schedule. We were told what items we could buy ourselves to save money over the price we would have been charged if the they supplied the items, which they were willing to do. Following a brush with Hurricane Eta, the flood light and other close by electrical equipment failed to work. Although we suspected a tripped GFI breaker switch, I could not make it work. Rather than charge us for a return visit, Action's electricians were willing to talk us through the procedure over the phone at no charge, which got everything working again and saved us money.

I have used AA for all of my electrical jobs, through the past few years. The service, and communication, is exceptional. I have done all of my business with them over the phone, or by text...the pricing has been very reasonable, and the quality of work first rate! I only want to work with good people, who take pride in their work. I found that in AA Action Electric!
