Every aspect of working with AA Action Electric was positive.

The office staff was professional, courteous and responsive to all calls, messages and the estimate they provided, but what sealed it for me was the professionalism and competency of the electrician they sent to our home.

Serhi (sp?) was on time, displayed confidence in his work, explained everything he was doing without being condescending and talked me through how to use the override switch he installed in case of a power outage.

If I ever need electrical work done on our home again, AA Action Electric will get my business.

Our 1950 block home in matlacha was hit hard by Ian- they came in and completely rewired and put in a new box. They were wonderful , professionals and did everything they said they were going to do - we would highly recommend them to anyone! A special thanks to Chris and Kenny great job!

Moved from Texas recently, first needed a subpanel, Chris and Wayne were great, reasonable price and quality job. Then needed to replace about every awful light fixture, went back to AAAction and again was very impressed. Guys came in under budget, everything works great, and were just all around outstanding. I was sooooo glad to find them as my first contractor. I highly recommend AAAction Electric!

I was referred to AA Action by a friend to have some fixtures in my kitchen fixed. I had Terry come out and fix all the fixtures, as well as update the others to prevent further issues. He was very nice, polite, and professional; kept to the scheduled time and efficiently worked (didn't feel like he was wasting time or rushing too much). I will absolutely call them again for any other problems I may have in the future!

We had the pleasure of having Mike and Naji at our home today to check out our electrical needs and we could not be more happy with the excellent service they provided.

Excellent Service! Wayne arrived on time, was very professional, and worked efficiently. Wayne replaced 2 light fixtures, 2 ceiling fans, and fixed the broken doorbell (that I asked him to look at last minute). While replacing the light fixture that I had purchased to go over the kitchen table, he discovered there wasn't enough chain, but was able to come up with a perfect solution. Definitely went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend Wayne and AA Action Electric!

What a great company. I got the # from my neighbor & called Dave from The Port Charlotte Area. He Sent out Tim Who was on time , very professional, & didn’t sit around & talk but got to work. I’m 76 years old & have a little knowledge of electricity & had an electrical problem. Tim amazed me on how fast he found the problem that I had been trying to find for weeks😀😢. The pricing was more than fair & definitely recommend them .

My shop is right behind fort myers beach, we took about 8’ of water over the parking lot ~6.5 in the building. AAAction electric did amazing work for me in the past and they were my first phone call when we were cleared to start demo. They did everything that had anything to do with electricity, they pulled out and gutted all my electric with labels and immediately started ordering parts so as soon as the building was ready they were on site and replacing everything the way is was supposed to be. The tech was very experienced and fast while being meticulous about absolutely everything. My entire experience with AAAction electric was fantastic and they will be doing repairs and upgrades for me in the future. There is not a single complaint and this was a big job. Chris and his team are great!

My experience with contractors in SW Florida has been one scam after another. I guess someone thought it was time I got a break and that happened when John called me after I left a message on a number I found on Craig’s List which connected me to Home Advisor apparently.

FYI the initial contractors I hired when I initially moved here took my money, supplies and broke pipes in the wall and sealed them back up and left. They came through Home Advisor so check references carefully so you don’t end up in a house ripped apart and basically no recourse but to take them to court which is costly and time consuming. I ended up having to do the work I was capable of completing myself as I also got scammed by the second individual I hired as well.

So when my air conditioning stopped working and the switches kept shutting down in the electrical panel I was very worried having to find anther stranger to come in and troubleshoot.

When I spoke to John I felt like I had hit the trust jackpot! My repair was complicated and according to my research extremely costly. John dispatched Mike and he was here within 15 minutes. I have a degenerative disease and no longer able to continue with my career which provided a very good living for me. I now have to try and make ends meet on SS. Consequently my face grew longer as Mike explained to me what he thought the problem might be. I called John and asked if there was any way he could personally look at the job and find an affordable solution.

John was here the next morning with an associate and after reviewing the situation, it was much worse than originally thought. I felt like my world was falling apart.

At that point any other service provider would have walked away but not John and his friend Eric. Without the required repair I would have been unable to live in the house. I also had priced the job online and I simply did not have the money to pay for what was a large expensive project. John knew that.

The following morning he called me and they were back and spent the whole day working on this project completing it by the end of the day. The price he charged me I was actually able to pay and I know with the time and parts it was probably double that and quite possibly much more.

This man showed great integrity, caring and kindness to someone who has had nothing but terrible experiences with contractors since moving here a year ago. I definitely know I would not have received this kind of service and more importantly complete honesty from the twenty other electricians who called me.

In closing if you have a problem in your home you will be in excellent hands using AA Action Electric. I don’t normally write reviews but during a very stressful time I felt like I had a Guardian Angel looking after me.

Since coming to Fort Myers over a year & half ago. We found this company to be the best with pricing. Their work is exceptional, and held up during the storm. This storm put their work to the test, and it far exceeded our expectations. Me and my husband Al are telling everyone about their work, and how they are for the little guy. We are happy with this company, and by far THEY ARE the best out there. We had our weather head, electric panel, surge protector, light switches, outside light, and anything electric done in our house, by them. Our weather-head got bent, but it held up, and is able to still give us power. We are extremely pleased! I’ve used AAAction Electric several times over the years and always had great service. This time, they went WAY above and beyond!

I’m out of town right now, so my awesome neighbor was going to raise my boat a few more feet on the lift yesterday to help it escape the storm surge from Hurricane Milton. He discovered that I didn’t have power at the dock - apparently the storm surge from Helene got high enough to fry my GFI at the dock.

I called AAAction Electric, and they sent Mike over this morning. He got power restored, and my neighbor was able to raise my boat up higher. I will be an AAAction Electric customer for life!!!

LEARN HOW TO DRIVE! Around 6pm yesterday I was driving home with my 2 month old son and 3 year old daughter. Whoever this was, was on my tail end then aggressively passed me causing me to completely slam on my breaks or else he would have hit me. I’m the reason we didn’t crash, I had to break so hard that both my children started screaming. Then whoever continued to speed as fast as they could weaving through traffic, finally got a picture of the license plate at a red light.

My contractor couldn’t get the electricians back to finish up on our renovation project. I happened to be getting lunch in Naples and a young man wearing a AA Action Electrical T Shirt came in. I asked him about the work I needed finished and he recommended I call his office to set an appointment. Laura in the office was appreciative as I told her the young man (Wayne) I had met was a great ambassador for their company. She was extremely helpful as I gave her my laundry list of items I needed accomplished. I had an appointment in a week with Wayne and Ted who came on time and went right to work on my list. They were professional and the quality of work was impressive. My list was accomplished in about 4.5 hours and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I also felt that I received my money’s worth and more. I have found my electrical contractor for the future. The owner has a well oiled machine. The bar is set high at AA Action Electrical. Good enough is not good enough for them.

I had to have all my lower electrical outlets replaced after Hurricane Milton. Both inside and out. Mike and CJ came out and replaced them all and I could not be more pleased. They were professional and even located a few issues that needed to be addressed that I had not seen. They were respectful of both myself and my property. They finished the job much quicker than another company quoted me. Which saved me money $$$ JOB WELL DONE!!!

I’ve had multiple projects by this company and their dedication to quality is astounding. Not only that, they are very friendly and professional. I’ve had a custom 20A circuit installed by them, a deep socket outdoor plug for our water softener and had them build and install our new fans.

All jobs were done with care and excellence! So, if you have any electrical issues or projects, I highly recommend you give them a call. You won’t be disappointed 😊

My MB fan/light blew with sparks shooting out. Immediately I shut off circuit breaker. Bought
new fan/light from Lowe's & paid for installation. Because of health problems I needed the new one installed asap. There was over a month waiting time for Lowe's contractor to install. I cancelled and called the Port Charlotte AA Action Electric office. Dave had Jamie come out that afternoon & within an hour it was completed. I had previously used AA Action Electric after the hurricane and I will never call anyone else. They are honest, caring, professional and reasonably priced. I am so grateful I found a company I can Trust.....

Chris and crew were fantastic! I can't tell you how refreshing it is in todays world to find someone who does exactly what he says they will do, when they will do it, for less money than what I expected! As long as I live, Chris & crew are my electricians.

Excellent work and craftsmanship by professional electrical technicians. After work was complete on an entire new home, outbuilding and boat lift, Dave came over and went through the job with me. Very, very fair price was done for this service. Definitely will use them again, and recommend them also.

What a great company to work with! After having a very underwhelming experience with the other contractors for my new metal building, AA Action was a refreshing change of pace. Joe was great at understanding what I needed, explaining options, and getting me on the schedule. Chris and his crew arrived on time and completed the work on schedule. They took the time to ensure I was satisfied with the work's appearance and that everything met or exceeded my expectations.

I would not hesitate to trust AA Action with your electrical needs. I would seriously give them a 6th star if I could!
