We needed some electrical work to add additional lights in our lanai area, Jeremy came out walked through everything with my husband and gave a proposal. The work was scheduled and he did a fantastic job, I was home while my husband was at work, came when they said, completed the job and called my husband after to give him a full report about the job. He was fantastic, if we need work done again we will call this company and ask for Jeremy! Thank you for doing a great job, being nice and professional.

I had a circuit go out in my home. Gabe came out and fixed the problems that day. He gave me a clear explanation of the issues and an exact (and REASONABLE quote). I accepted the quote, and he did the work. They charge a reasonable, flat fee to come out and tell you exactly what needs to be done without trying to sell you things you don't need. The service and work were EXCELLENT! Gabe even helped move furniture back in place. Wow! I'm glad I paid an honest company to do honest work. I will definately use this company again - just read their reviews! :-) :-) This business card is a keeper!

My husband and I needed an electrician to check an electric outlet in our kitchen. We contacted Southwest Florida Electric, Inc. Fort. Myers.
Our experience was 100% positive- from the lovely lady that answered the phone to the text notifications confirming appointment day/ time, to the notifications the technician was “on his way”. Our technician Jeremy was prompt and personable. He set right to work diagnosing and correcting our issue. We were so impressed we asked for an estimate to do some other work we had considered but had elected to postpone.
We received our estimate within 24 hours and scheduled for the work to be done the following week.
We again received texts to confirm appointment date /time and notification that our tech was on his way. This time we were visited by Bert and Nate. Both were polite and professional. They went right to work and completed the job without issue. We highly recommend Southwest Florida Electric, Inc Fort Myers. We would not hesitate to have them back.

I can't say enough good things about this company. First Jaron shows up, explains everything to you, walks the job, and tells you the best spot to put the generator. Gets you an estimate in an hour or so. No b.s. jacking up the price to give a fake discount like other companies. One estimate from another Co. came in with "discounts" and was the same price as Jaron. I don't like sleezy sales tactics you don't get that here. Then the women in the office handle the permits and they are excellent. They see an issue (because there is always an issue with Cape Coral) and they are on top of it. The Cape said my 2 year old site survey wasn't good enough. Without batting an eye, my original survey company was contacted by SWFL Electric and an appointment was made for me to have a survey done. Then they called and advised me of the situation. Now that's customer service. They don't call with problems, they call with solutions. Every Wed you get a call keeping you up to date on permitting. Then the crew comes out to do the install. Again, complete professionals. I had Rainer and Nelson. They were fantastic, did a great job, very clean, no corners cut, very friendly and answered any questions I had. I have to say, not at any point in this process did I feel neglected or pushed aside. All this and they are still about the same price as other companies. It's not like you pay extra for good service, they just provide it. You're welcome to shop around, but if you go with another company and it turns into a nightmare, remember I told you these guys are the best.

I can't say enough good things about the electrician Bert! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. He was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, offered honest recommendations, and completed the work with great attention to detail. The quality of craftsmanship really shows with Bert and he always goes above and beyond to make sure everything was safe and working perfectly before he left.

I had Southwest Florida Electric mount and install a Ring wired Floodlight Camera Pro at my house. Since this is a hardwired model, the tech needed to go up in the attic and run new wires to power the camera.

Jeremy did an awesome job, completing the task relatively fast and efficiently. The Ring spotlight camera works perfectly.

From the person who answered the phone to Nate, the technician that came to my house, I felt like this company cared. I was told someone would let me know by 10 a.m. when I could expect a technician at my house. Sure enough, I got a text stating he was on his way. When he arrived, he introduced himself, asked a few pertinent questions and proceeded to work. I had gotten a new dryer and the error message was there was a problem with my electrical outlet. He fixed that and double checked to make sure the delivery people installed wires correctly. He left everything neat & clean and explained exactly what he did. He did not waste time making believe he was worked.
