Owning a resort it's very easy to spot the fakes that want to come and provide services because we are here watching. However, my Florida home in Verandah is quite different as we are gone all summer and this summer due to an AC problem I came back in September to a dirty pool that I was told was cleaned 2 days before I arrived, it wasn't! The company is a good company but their employee had been sloughing off. So when I looked at my lawn and the entrance way where spiders have usually left there black marks everywhere I noticed it was clean with no marks, my bushes and lawn were thriving and it was obvious that Armstrong Pest and Lawn had been been here and everything looked better than it had in the 5 years I have owned here. So bottom line Armstrong has great employees (thanks Wes and Keith) and they do what they say and actually provide the service as contracted! 5 Star for Results and 5 stars for integrity!!!!

Lucas came to our home and went above and beyond! In addition to the quarterly spray we get, we noticed a bad odor near our front door and couldn’t figure it out.

Lucas quickly found the problem (a dead frog) and took care of it. He was professional, friendly and was also very thorough with treating both the outside and inside our home.

The owner also previously treated our home, and he was excellent, too.

Highly recommend this company. We had a small job - only two trees needed to be removed. The first company quoted us 5x as much (no exaggeration) as what Lee's Trees quoted us. They came out within a couple of days and got the job done quickly. Even though I didn't ask for or pay for tree disposal, they cut the trees and positioned them in a neat pile on our property. They went above and beyond for a very fair price.

So I hired this company to add dirt and sod to some areas of the property. One of the sections didn’t look good at all, the sod looked like hell. He told me(owner Justin) it would pick up, give it a few weeks or months and if it doesn’t he would go back and do it right. After 3 months the sod didn’t look much better so I contacted him by text and he wrote back he would go by to add new sod. After multiple texts he still hasn’t returned to the site to add sod. He replied to the second text that he didn’t have a chance because the area got a lot of rain. More texts were sent to him which he did read but never replied. Very disappointed with him and I would not recommend him to anyone!
