She made the process easy and treated me with kindness and respect. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend them.

Had an immediate need on a project and Samantha got everything handled fast, from setup to receiving my dumpster she made it a smooth process from start to finish. I could tell right away this was a company that actually cared about my needs and weren't just pushing another order through. The best part is that it was cheaper than the company I had previously lined up that left me high and dry.

Billing is a disaster at Coastal Waste. A literal dumpster fire. It's borderline impossible to track payments and invoices with them. The bills they send are inconsistent, unclear and often have no address or details. We run multiple construction projects at a time, and tracking expenses across projects is a nightmare. Their online portal might be from 2001 by the looks of it and is also a disaster. See attached screenshot of one of their "Invoices". I don't think a CPA would be able to figure out what's what.
I've spent more hours piecing together their billing than I care to admit. I'm done with them. Will be moving to a more expensive smaller company but at least won't blow hours tracking down invoices

Fast delivery and service. Very affordable. Great customer service!

Decent price, but they sometimes miss their pick up which is insanely frustrating. Every time you call you have to get transferred at least four times before they put you on hold repeatedly. Looking for other options.

Rarely picked up on scheduled days, tripled my bill over a 3 year period. Double billed me. Receptionist argued with me for 20 mins refusing to transfer me to accounting.

If I could give them a Zero I would. They don't call back, and they don't pay their bills. I would avoid them and 100% go somewhere else. They are totally worthless. Not to mention they are now stealing our bails of paper and making no effort to pay us.

***Update October 2024: please make sure you keep a track record when you cancel your service. THEY WILL NOT cancel your service if you call them by phone, no matter how many times you asked to cancel. They will keep charging monthly fees. It’s a steal!!! Keep an email record just in case they send the balance to collection.

***Update September2018: They finally resolved the problem.

Terrible Customer service. Call several time and no one answered any calls. There was one time finally someone pick up the phone and said “could you hold please” and went straight through voicemail.

We just want to call them to find out wrong charges on our bill but unable to reach anyone.

I had no issues with Southwest Waste Management until it was changed to Coastal Waste. They will nickel and dime you every chance they get. Need to make sure the trash does not go over the fill line to protect their precious screen that goes over the top of the bin. If you are just a small oz over the 1st ton they will charge you. I do not recommend this company unless they relax a little with their prices and how much trash goes into the roll-off bins. Like I said I never had so many issues until Coastal Waste Management took over. Oh, and they will tell you that Coastal Waste Management is the same company as Southwest Waste and they are not! DO NOT USE THEM
