Pedro visited our home today following a recent service to follow up on our concerns. Pedro provided a great amount of useful information on our lawn issue. We now know that our lawn service has been over spraying round up killing our lawn. I highly recommend this company to take care of your lawn and home.

Derrick Nelson, was wonderful, he came to my house and was so professional and did a wonderful job of explaining everything and answered all of our questions. He helped us get rid of ants and gave us tips to make sure we knew what we had and how we could keep an eye out for them especially in our grass. It was a pleasure to have Austin Maldonado do our job and highly recommend him.

Austin did a great and thorough job…as well as perimeter bug prevention he also came inside to treat a couple of active areas… he also wiped down inside of the lanai

The technicians were polite and explained everything prior to starting. We noted a few ants a week or so later but the problem was nearly gone. We were pleased with the results.

Pedro came to my property today to look at an issue I was having with my lawn. I have a lot of dollar weed along my property line because my neighbor is not treating his lawn. Pedro also told me that my lawn guy was weed whacking too close to the ground and that was why my grass has turned brown. The treatment that Sun Pest is putting down for the dollar weed seems to be working, but it will take a little more time.
Also, Pedro asked about my sprinklers and how long I was watering. He actually checked the zones and the individual sprinkler heads. He found two heads that were not working properly and to my amazement proceeded to fix them!
In this day and age when it seems that no one cares anymore it was so refreshing to see that there are still some really great people in the world. Thank you so much Pedro for your kindness. I definitely would recommend Sun Pest Control for your lawn needs. They go above and beyond. Five stars plus five more!

We are so very happy with Sun Pest! Our tech, Taylor, is the best of the best. He is always on time and so friendly. Management is quick to solve any concerns and since we started using them, the bugs have been controlled and very limited. We live on Pine Island so we have quite the bug population but whatever they use seems to work and keep everything out of our house. Love this company!

This level of service is not acceptable. This condition did not develop overnight which means there are quality gaps in service and lack of ownership, either way, if this is not resolved I will have to take positive action.

Very reliable company! Make sure they show up once a month, no need to worry about scheduling the service unless the date/time doesn’t work for the customer. My grass has been greener and filled ever since

Lack of consistency lately. 50% of the time the tech will take their time and do a complete service. The other 50% of the time I have to call them to come back to clean up the spider webs etc that the tech left untouched. When they offer to send a tech back out it could be a few days or longer and the next person may not do an adequate or complete job cleaning up the mess the previous tech left behind. I usually end up taking care of it myself. Very frustrating.

They’re always on time. I apologize for mentioning your competitor in a review, but their product and service perform better than GreenPal. By a lot.

The gentleman that does our service has been so amazing. I love that he understands what products to use to take care of our lawn and has done an amazing job of killing the weeds with lavender flowers that was overtaking our lawn! He is very professional, polite and friendly. You have an amazing employee.

Very polite young man. Made eye contact and listened to my request and performed. I normally only have the outside treated but this time I requested the inside to be treated as well. The technician walked with me as I gave him specific areas to target. I am very pleased with this father son business!
