I went into Lowe's looking for privacy fence I found the exact fence I wanted I bought more than 15 panel so I got the contractor price I was pretty happy. The employees were eager to help me everyone was friendly.

My favorite store. Everything I need and staff that really cares to help. Spent about $7,000 on a remodel project and got my extra 10% off for being a Veteran. No hassle about making a vet like the other place who says it's supposed to be on my driver's license. It's not and even though I had my DD214 with me, only gave me a discount on some items, not all. Lowes gives me the discount on Everything. Best Store - Best customer service.

I can honestly say I could’ve done this quality of cleaning on my own. It wasn’t worth the money AT ALL. Never again. I’m so disappointed, what a waste. They were also almost 2 hours late from our appt time. They didn’t call or anything, we had to call several times until someone finally picked up. Do yourself a favor and save your money.

Love this company reliable, on time and honest they have done lots of different Janitorial service including carpet cleaning, floor and grout cleaning, entire home and some commercial properties and I have always been impress. I highly recommend them.

I've been a Client for a long time for my business & home. The attention to detail is superior to other cleaning companies I've used in the past. I trust them so much they I gave them my security codes. Most reviews are usually fake or bought. I posted the review because they do a GREAT job!

I hired this company due to all the great reviews. Big mistake. The man and woman that came seemed nice enough but the lady did not seem to understand English very well. The chemicals they used smelled like a Handy Store. They missed so many surfaces. They didn't even wipe the top of the fridge. There was dusty dirt behind toilet, windowsills not wiped and they didn't even vacumn. When they left in under 2 hours. They ran over my plant in the driveway. When I called to address my complaints. I was told they would send someone back in a few minutes. Two hours later, I called and told them forget it. It was after 4 on. Friday night. I would equate their service to a motel maid service at a two star hotel. Sortof looked clean but not really.

Patty and her team arrived on time as stated, introduced herself and got to work. There were three ladies and the estimated completion time was 4 hours. It only took Patty and her team 3 hours. The floors and grout, cabinets, and appliances were sparking clean. We have a three bedroom, two bath house and the bathrooms were what you want to see when you are about to rent your new home. This company is excellent at what they do. I recommend using BSMI whenever you need a great cleaning job done right. I will definitely call them again for any cleaning services I require. A huge “Thank You” to Patty and her team!!!

Alyssa was very professional and kind with a glass half full attitude. She cleaned the entire house and got into every nook and Cranny. She even pulled the appliances and got behind them. Most companies do not do that. Definitely will have her back for more cleaning.

Alyssa goes above and beyond for my beautiful home. As someone who works, has a 1 yr old, and is pregnant i find it very hard to keep up with cleaning my home but every time i call her she delivers and is on time! She even went on to educate me on my granite countertops and i absolutely love that she did because they aren't getting messed up with some chemical thats not supposed to be on them. i cant thank her enough and 100% recommend her to everyone!
