AC isn’t working in our home. Called multiple times to ask for service. Never returned our calls.
We have a service contract with this company and we are going to cancel it and request a refund.
Never do business with them!!!

The entire team at A/C Direct were great to work with. They removed an older unit and did a relocate and full new install. They made the process easy and did an incredible job. They were knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend you speak to them before using anyone else.
