Our air conditioning went out last night. We called McCarthy Air Conditioning Company based upon recommendations we’ve seen on Nextdoor. We called them at 7:00 am, they said they would be here between 10 and noon. They texted me that he was on the way at 10:43 and Jose arrived at 10:54. He was quick, efficient, and our air is cool again and he was done by 12:15. Because of that great service, and inexpensive repair, we signed a contract with them. Jose was friendly, knew his job and wore his clean uniform with pride. It’s always nice to find a good company that believes in service, friendliness, and that’s not out to rip you off. Thanks, McCarthy’s!

Branden came out to service our unit and did a great job. He took his time to explain things and answer our questions. He was polite and professional. Everyone from McCarthy has been great to work with.

My air conditioner went out and they sent Orlando to get it fixed. While he was here My son had a medical problem and his nurse came to check. Orlando didn't think twice about working around my time the next few days while my son was admitted to the hospital and I needed to be there. He didn't even think twice about coming here on a holiday to complete the job and make sure everything works. I made sure I thanked him for it and he let me know that he understood what I was going through.

Technician came out promptly in the window I was assigned, explained what was wrong in details I could understand and was professional on site.

McCarthy is a great company. Johnny came out same day we were having issues and was able to help get our air working again. Ge was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond this ecening. We will not have to work in the heat tomorrow!! Thank you McCarthy and Johnny for your help and making sure it was running again. I will be using for future needs with our air conditioning.

Great installation of our new pool heater! The crew went above and beyond to accommodate location and set up. Very quick, clean and responsive. Highly recommend! Works great and quiet! Can't ask for more!!
What is even greater is their follow up and the fact they stand 100% behind their work. So hard to find any business that works so hard to make everything they do right.

McCarthy A/C did not push replacing the unit. Instead they searched and found the problem and fixed it! Great service! The tech, Darwin, was also great.

Wow, what great people to deal with. I had an A/C problem and they were very quick to send out a technician. The technician was very friendly and found my problem quickly. After the repair the system worked better than it has in a long time. And if that wasn’t enough, they were willing to get the part covered under warranty and they didn’t even install the equipment. This was my first encounter with McCarthy Air and I will continue to use their services and recommend them to everyone.

Knowledgable, good customer service, fair prices, very responsive. AJ was my tech and he was awesome. He shared a lot of good information regarding the right filters and how to read my smart thermostat, among other things. I will be requesting him to do my future maintenance.

Excellent service from Dave, our technician. What was to be normal servicing turned into a rush repair as the fan motor starting making a grinding noise the afternoon before our service date.Dave did the normal service, diagnosed the fan motor problem and drove to pick up the replacement part. Total elapsed time about two hours. Thanks Dave for your excellent work.

Installed new AC unit, air handler and cleaned the vents 2 days before Christmas. Very pleased to be breathing clean air.

Johnny Daniels was at my home to provide an estimate.. He was in my attic for 20 minutes and prepared are a thorough analysis. He prepared a quote which I thought was very fair and reasonable. work was performed in expedient matter and we’re very happy with McCarthy Air Conditioning .

Where do I begin. I had been having some ongoing problems with my air conditioner and today, mccarthy sent out zachariah. Not only was he the most professional and knowledgeable person, he was so personable. I believe that my air conditioner is problem free thanks to his exceptional expertise. He was wonderful in explaining everything to me. And his demeanor and personality were just extra bonuses.

I had a new unit put in back in May. They were very professional and everything was installed in a timely manner. I just had a service check up and the technician was excellent and everything is great. Thank you. They just came for my 2nd maintenance both were free and everything was great. I highly recommend McCarthy air.

HE was very responsive and did an excellent job. Answered all my questions. I continue to be very pleased with McCarthy Air. I have their service contract.
