I just had a repair call w McCarthy air. The service man AJ was extremely polite and respectful. My problem is fixed. Mc Cathy air is always quick to answer the phone and quick to get you scheduled when yourAC is not working well. They are always very pleasant to deal with. They make you feel like they appreciate your business. They are absolutely fantastic especially when your ac is out and you are sweating. They are very honest and priced reasonably.

Our family recently had the McCarthy team replace two AC units - a mini-split in our home and complete HVAC system in my brother's home. Both were done under Cody W's supervision. The install teams were thorough & conscientious in their work. This is our third install with McCarthy & we wouldn't go anywhere else. Dan and Michelle were professional & provided incredible support. We found Cody to be very genuine & incredibly knowledgeable in his field. He went above & beyond during both installs answering our questions & making sure each system was performing properly. We look forward to our years ahead with Cody & McCarthy! If you want a company that REALLY cares about their customers, I strongly recommend giving them a call!

Just moved into a new home and called McCarthy as their stickers were here on the equipment and we are glad we did! They came out right away even though we were "new" customers. The house is nice and cold now! I am very happy we found them and will be using them going forward for all our AC needs.

Exceptional service!! Joni was amazing. He was on time in fact earlier than scheduled which was great. He explained what was done ,what needed to be fixed and was quick and efficient. He Showed me pics so I could see what repairs were made to have my A/c running perfect. He installed my new WiFi thermostat and I’m so excited to just be able to change my settings from my phone. Will definitely use again for my next service.

McCarthy Air did a great job replacing our HVAC equipment. First contact with Service tech was impressive. He was knowledgeable with both the technical and sales aspect of his job. The installation crew was prompt, efficient and clean. All employees of McCarthy Air were polite, and respectful.

Called for service on our Trane AC on Monday morning and I quickly got scheduled between 10 and 12 but Brad came out there just before 10am. He was knowledgeable and quick to resolve the issue. This is a family owned business and I loved that there was no up sales mentioned. We'll be using them again!

I’m so happy I checked one of our local neighborhood chat boards for recommendations of a replacement air conditioning service, McCarthy Air Conditioning was the top recommendation. I called to request getting a second opinion for options to repair or replace our broken system. A representative came right over and fully tested our old unit. After reviewing the options and costs, we opted for a full replacement air conditioning system. Early the next day their team arrived with the equipment and ready to start. The guys were professional and very knowledgeable, and worked continuously throughout the day. When done, I went out to the garage to inspect. They had cleaned up and a super quiet new unit was purring away. The compressor and coil box, around the sidewalk on its pad, was replaced and running smoothly, too. I highly recommend this family owned business for all your HVAC needs.

We recently had a new AC installed in our condo and are extremely happy with the excellent work performed by the employees from McCarthy. Jorge and Lester were our installers and Dan and Austin were our duct cleaners. All arrived promptly the first thing in the morning - which we so appreciated. They were professional, friendly, efficient and thorough.

Cody performed the initial maintenance answering all questions thoroughly. When we decided to proceed with purchasing a new AC, Cody was present to ensure the installation was going well and again answered additional questions. Cody’s customer service was exceptional from start to finish, including a follow-up call to ensure everything was working properly.

Great experience with this company. Came out right away for an estimate and scheduled ac replacement. Fair pricing and we appreciated the flexibility with scheduling since we had to work around other remodeling on our home. All staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
