Highly Recommend!!! Have used Parker Aire for years for routine HVAC maintenance and eventually to install a replacement system (which was needed after being 20 years old). I had a difficult unit to retrofit and they found a solution that saved me hundreds of dollars. They are honest when making repairs and Arron always spends extra time and care with maintenance which is so important to keep AC working efficiently here in FL!

This company ParkerAire is amazing!!!! Joseph and staff are very knowledgeable, professional and have pride in their jobs. Every issue I had with my old a/c you guys took care of immediately. Will use this company every time from now on. Thankyou for keeping me cool!!

When we moved here in 2010, we moved into a 'new' house that had been vacant for almost 3 years. It needed work, and we didn't know anyone. Our realtor told us about Parker Aire. They came in and fixed our HVAC as well as they could. When we decided to replace it, they recommended a system, installed it, and provided maintenance. After 10 years, part of the system had to be replaced. They worked with us to assure warranty coverage, then did the install. Every job has been done completely, and they left the house clean and orderly. Everyone is extremely polite and attentive. We appreciate Parker Aire, and look forward to another 10 years.

We had this business come into our home to look at our system that was previously service by another A/C company. The other company had given us shoddy service and we wanted a second opinion.

This organization was able to provide us with factual information and their service was impeccable, from start to finish. Followed up with explanation on everything about the system and its needs.

This unit had been service a week before, and the last company missed a few things, that Parker Air, discovered and brought to our attention.

I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company that is professional, honest and takes pride in their work. I would also like to thank Joseph and Charlie for their time, energy and exceptional mannerism when they came to our home.

The air conditioner in my boat stopped working and it was late on a Friday afternoon. I called several marine air conditioning and either did not get an answer or was told it would take a week for someone to come out and look at it. Parker Air was the exception, they were great! I had Mart here quickly. Matt was knowledgeable, professional, and provided outstanding service. He diagnosed and fixed my problem and was extremely customer focused. I would highly recommend Parker Air and especially Matt as a technician.

Aaron arrived and was very professional and courteous. He had his mask and gloves and booties on. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my concerns. He took pride in this company, and made me feel like I had picked the right company for the job. He did the maintenance check-up. I was so impressed I asked him if they did dryer vents maintenance and yes I had him clean dryer vents. It was in a tight space but he did not hesitate to get job done. The sign of a good service provider isn’t how they respond when everything is going well. It’s how they respond when there is a problem. We have been using Parker Aire for years and have been extremely happy with their level of expertise and service commitment. We have recommended them to many people in our neighborhood and family. We recently had Parker install a completely new A/C unit and duct work. Initially the system was causing us a lot of trouble, but I have to give the owners credit. They stepped up, committed resources to figuring out the issues and worked until they got it right. It has now been 2 weeks and the system is continuing to function well.

We needed to replace our 13 year old A/C system. Parker Aire we’re recommended to us and they were excellent. From coming to give us an estimate right through to installing the system all the staff we dealt with were excellent. The two guys who did the installation were great, very professional, efficient, very respectful and super friendly. We are delighted with our new system and especially love the Smart Thermostat that we can control from our cell phones. Thank you Parker Aire for an amazing job.

We have used Parker since 2006. The company continues to be one of the best AC providers. Owners and office staff are always professional, responsive and offer good pricing. Parker also employs the most courteous and friendly technicians. Jessie J was amazing - talented and super helpful, a real pleasure to work with and extremely polite. Wish everyone was this nice.

I paid them to service my AC twice a year but instead of servicing it, they were damaging my AC system. My AC stopped working and they charged me so much money to service it again- why am I paying you the service fee for? I had to hire another AC company to do what ParkerAire was supposed to do in the 1st place.
Don't trust this company. They will not service your unit and will damage it so that you can buy a new one from them.
DON'T TRUST THEM.

ParkerAire recently installed a split AC System for my garage. Joseph (the owner) answered all my questions and was very insightful. The technician that started the system up was Tony Prisco. With all the technology that came with the system, Tony spent close to 1/2 hour with the manufacturer making sure that our system was set up correctly with our wi-fi. In addition to being very friendly and knowledgeable, Tony was genuinely concerned that our system was set up and working correctly. Thank You!!

ParkerAire is truly amazing. They offer a very affordable service contract.
We had an issue with our ac unit and they were able to get a tech out the same day. Very impressive, especially since they were able to provide a 4 hour window and Vanessa called to let us know the tech was running late.

Tony did service at our house today located in Naples for a low voltage to thermostat issue. Diagnosis was quick and accurate as was the repair. Very helpful. Communication was transparent and frequent. No high pressure sales just detail analysis of the issue as well as the state of our system. I Recommend ParkerAire. If you need service, when you call, ask for Tony.

Aaron was a great technician !! He arrived in the appropriate time window that was told to us !! He did a great job on our air conditioning system !! I think he deserves a raise or maybe a couple days off !! He did an excellent job taking care of our AC !!

It was excellent. Tony was able to quickly locate the problem and correct it. The problem was the fan ran constantly in heating or air conditioning. It’s now back to normal and I am very happy with his expertise and professionalism. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs.
