Had a leak with my toilet and Eric came over to fix it. He was quick and efficient, and was at the house within an hour of my phone call. He was courteous, professional, and friendly. I’d recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a good plumber.

Adrian went above and beyond when fixing a clogged drain in my AC system. Not only was he efficient and knowledgeable, but what really stood out was his character. He was respectful, honest, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. It’s rare to come across someone so professional who also takes the time to explain things clearly and treats your home with care. You can tell Adrian takes pride in his work and values doing things the right way. I truly appreciated his integrity and the positive attitude he brought to the job. Eric was everything you want in a service person. He was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. The repairs were made to two toilet tanks for $260.
I consider that reasonable. This was in November 2025. I will definitely call him again in the future for any plumbing work.

We trust eric so much that we called again for a different service in January 2026. He installed a water heater. This involved working in a difficult and small area. He went above and beyond to make it all happen. We are very pleased and the price was no more than we expected if not better than we expected.

Eric Nowaczynski from Service Fanatics was here today to take care of multiple plumbing issues for me. He did a great job in finding a leak, replacing a faucet and replacing a garbage disposal. He left all areas clean, was very polite and knowledgeable about my issues. Best of all, he was honest and didn’t try to upsell me. I will definitely call again when I have plumbing issues and will most certainly ask for Eric.

We have used several companies in the past but the service was exceptional so they merited a review. The technician had excellent communication prior to his arrival and during his time working on the unit he explained his process and gave us excellent tips to extend the life of our units. His professionalism and thoroughness was very impressive. The communication from the office staff was excellent. We decided to sign annual maintenance contracts for both of our units and are sending them to our rental properties as well. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy company.

Adrian, Isaiah, Jordan and Eric from Service Fanatics were absolutely awesome! They came out quickly two days before Christmas and worked late. They then came back and worked a long day on Christmas Eve! They were polite, punctual and cleaned up well before they left. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Fernando did a great job finding the problem and fixing it. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. I was taken back by the cost of cleaning the blower fan $400. It only took about an hour.

Jordan is an asset for his company, and we are so glad he came to help us this morning.
He listens well with great eye contact even when working with the “chatty Cathy’s” we are, and he worked hard to diagnose electrical issues with switches on our older home from the nineties. Getting help with bulbs on high ceilings and giving us accurate estimates before he started his work helped us decide what to do and what to wait with until April when we’d like to schedule our second visit for the whole house inspection. We learned a lot cause he also was kind enough to exolain and show us what we had going on behind our electrical plates. I would definitely recommend Service Fanatics to others for they send kind and capable workers to help us with air, electrical and we will meet their plumber next week.
Fernando who did our air conditioning was great too! Also helping us decide when best to do each service task and even helping wipe down the high countertop while he was up on the ladder taking care of cleaning the filter.
Though both workers had other appointments today, we never felt like they were rushing thru our job or leaving with unanswered questions before moving on.

I called Zach for a service estimate and was given a fair price right away. I forgot to get back to him before the end of the day and he called me to follow up! I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism. They were also able to provide service the same day!

Eric provided excellent service on a Friday afternoon into evening to help find a significant water leak. He performed a thorough diagnostic process that led to the issue and was able to resolve it the same day.

Our heater went out during the cold front our office was 64 degrees. The manager hired Service Fantastics and I personally highly recommend them. They arrived one day to assess and installed the next day. They were on time both days and very professional. At installs we met Adrian, who was courteous and professional it was a pleasant surprise to find our office clean you can’t tell we had major work done. Thank you Adrian.

Service Fanatics is the company that you need to go to for your plumbing needs. Eric, the technician is knowledgeable when it comes to assessing whatever your plumbing problem is. He is courteous, takes his time in determining what the solution needs to be and makes sure that everything is working properly. Zach and Myah kept me updated throughout the whole process. They all worked together to take care of my issue. They are the only ones that I will ever use.

We needed our AC unit serviced. David from Service Fanatics was recommended to us, David was so thorough he took our AC unit apart and cleaned it. We ended up having mold in our unit, David made sure our unit was cleaned so thorough.He made sure ALL of the mold was gone .Showed us everything that he did ,the before and after it was extra extraordinary the type of work and effort he put in .We highly recommend David for any of your AC units. ,maintenance or you need service and you want someone who is thorough ,honest ,and gets it the job done. Eric came out here this morning to put in the valve under my kitchen sink and cut a pipe. Eric did a fantastic job. It was very polite and did this job perfect Eric is a perfect gentleman. He explained everything and made things very easy for me. You should put him on a fast track to management. He really promotes his company and represents his company in an outstanding manner. This was my first time using Service Fanatics and was very pleased. Chris was on time and very responsive to our needs. He found the problem in a very quick amount of time and was able to advise us of our options. The unit was 10 years old and we felt we needed to replace the a/c. He was able to come back first thing next morning and replace some parts to get the unit up and running till he could replace the old system. This will be done in a few days but we have a/c to keep us cool for now. Chris was great! A follow up to my install. Today Adrian and Isaiah Negron came this morning and installed our new a/c unit. I have to say they were both professional and informative to everything they did and made us feel that we had chosen Service Fanatics.
